The reviews here are reflective of the people who live in this town. I have ordered Chinese food everywhere from China Town in Chicago to China itself. China House holds up to the rest of the worlds Chinese food. Because, lets be honest here, Chinese food is terrible. You dont eat it because you want to experience culinary wonder, you order because you are too lazy to cook for yourself, or too fat and greasy to go out in public. To address the person worried about the urine in their beef and broccoli, you deserve to get some urine in your food. If you live like you write, you are a worthless human, spewing baby talk in conjunction with either a complaint or a very strong accusation of sanitation issues that are not only cause for a restaurant shut down, but also of a criminal investigation. These are not things to be taken lightly, although Im sure with your second grade knowledge of the English language, you certainly dont think like that. So, in summation, its another mediocre Chinese restaurant, which is really all you can ever expect.

worst experience ever! I have had a lot of Chinese food that has been bad but hands down this is the worst! I ordered the "Happy Family" shrimp,scallops,lobster,crab,pork ,beef and chicken! Well if you wanted beef pork and chicken this is your dish! NOT ONE Piece of lobster, 2 pieces of IMITATION crab meat 1tiny piece of shrimp and 2 scallops! Called to speak my concern, was told that I was wrong! worst customer care EVER!! Could not hear what was being said as it was all in Chinese! Will never go back and will tell people to stay away from this place! Oh and was greeted by some 14 yr old kid with his pants around his ankles to give me my food! yup thumbs down for this place!

I ordered the broccoli beef and I agree with Raj. It tasted,and smelled like urine. I was eating and I smelled urine, and then I started to taste urine too. I will never, ever, ever, go back there unless I see how they cook the food. If someone actually urinated in it, I want that place shut down. The General Saos chicken wasnt crunchy like it should be, nor spicy like my sister asked for. You should go to China Town or like Raj Walmart wouldnt be bad either. Im not trying to be mean Its just the honest truth.

We had beef lo mein that they made spicy for me, Sweet&Sour Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls and Fried Rice. My wife is not a Chinese fan and even she liked it. I was a little afraid to order from here after reading reviews, but everything we had was great and arrived in about 15 minutes. Will Definitely order again. Cons: S&S could of had pineapple chunks, cherries or something, $30 bucks coulda went out. Plum Garden I have gotten sick twice, not sure what it is. China House best I tried so far.

I only ordered from here because they delivered. Total waste of $$. Threw most of the food away. Egg roll mediocre - steamed dumplings way too much dough and meat had large, hard pieces of gristle in them, Hong Kong Chicken - hmmm that was chicken? Took one bite and threw away. Also ordered fried rice - looked like white rice with veggies - didnt even try. So basically I took a few bites and threw the rest of the food away. Oh - the fortune cookies were good.

Worst Chinese food I ever had the fried rice was horrible not cooked all the way and done so fast that my pork wasent done all the way. There is spider webs hanging down from the ceiling poor customer service would NOT recommend this nasty a $# place Im soo disappointed

Usually children taking the order at the counter. They have a hard time understanding. Mess up my order tonight. Wanted quart veg fried rice received small pork. China town on RT 31 much better! Food taste not good tonight.

The food here is great for the price. Its not the best chinese food Ive ever had, but its very affordable and fast. Ive had worse in McHenry, and spent more for it. Give it a try, quick and affordable.

Food is good, not great. Ordered delivery and got here really quick. Fairly cheap compared to other places and larger portions! Mongolian beef wasnt quite what I expected but was good.
