Again today I go in and barely anything is ready to go. I dont think store management understands that hours of operation means when your doors open you are ready to serve your customers. About a week ago I walked in at 1040am and everything was done and everyone was ready to serve. I was actually impressed. Then I see a lady walk in and walk right behind the counter. I started to notice that when someone walked in to panda the employees would say loudly welcome to panda. Figured that the lady that walked in must have been regional manager....... I dont need a hi or welcome to panda I just need for the place to be ready to serve...... this was the last time I walk out of panda.

Really disappointed with the meal. The wife and myself went on the opening day for dinner and we each had a plate which consists of two entrees and one the various rice options so we had four different flavors and we were disappointed for several reasons the flavors were ok but nothing special then the entrees were not cut in edible portions we each had several pieces that were more than a mouth full and they dont provide cutlery. Then the place was dirty and they have only been opened for one day. The company car was parked in two spaces one of which was the handicap space. All in all it was not a pleasant evening and thus we will not be eating there again.

This place has to be ran by idiots. One visit they are out of chicken, the next week the soda machine is down, today they only take cash. It seems as if every time I visit there is some type of sign at the drive thru stating a problem. I understand stuff happens but management needs to be on top of issues like this much faster! Update 8/4/17: Changed my rating to a 1. Nothing has changed at this place. 5pm today I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. I have no idea what they are doing in this place, the didnt even apologize for the wait. Gave them multiple chances but obviously management isnt doing their job.

Terrible Experience! Have gone to two different locations at around 8:30-8:40 and the staff refused to make orange chicken for me and Beijing beef!!!!! (They didnt close tell 9) was very disappointed. The hours say open tell 9, then you serve food tell 9, seriously... staff is also very unfriendly and lazy. No wonder the business is not doing well

They say they close at "9pm" but they really close at 8:45pm as they refused to prepare orange chicken and the bejing beef when I arrived at 8:40pm for my to-go order, I was hurt to say the least, to say the most I was devastated, to say the middle? I was little widdle fiddle diddled... If youre not going to serve me food dont bother being "open"

I take my son here after practice. Last time I went they were out of beef broccoli and fortune cookies. I complained to corporate and they sent me a coupon for a free side. Go today and ask for an egg roll as the free side. Pull up to window and am told they are out of egg rolls. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF EGG ROLLS?!?!?!?! This place sucks.

Went there around 4pm got the bowl. Entree was under portioned in my opinion, I had plenty of untouched rice left over. I saw that they needed to make more of kung pow chicken but somehow the lady left enough for another order, like if there is going to be enough for the other person. felt disappointed.

Well... I ordered online, and when I got to the restaurant, they hadnt started making my meal yet. The receipt was "hiding" using their words. I was going to give it a lower review but the girl gave me a free drink as an apology. Apology accepted :-) The food is Panda Express. I like it.

Fresh menu items, not heavily sauced. Employees are friendly and smiling. Very helpful. Was with person in a wheelchair and employee offered to take food to table. Unexpected but greatly appreciated service.
