We go here all the time, mostly because its our only option for the same sort of food. Its generally okay, but the service is horrendous. It used to be fine, but it has gone downhill so fast. If youre prepared to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes...then its alright. But even if you order ahead online, they still generally wont have your order ready. My fiancé and I ordered online an hour ago, and when he got there they told him that he would have to wait 10 minutes extra for rice and beef.....its been 25 minutes that hes been waiting.

The "manager" was so rude from the minute I came in the door. They were out of vegetables and as they were cooking them I asked the woman at the register if they could just leave 1 order in for a bit extra, he comes over says no no no we follow recipe, what recipe, 1 minute in blanched two minute in wok, I never saw a timer anywhere it was all a guess never once was he decent and try to please a customer, told them to keep the lousy food, drove across town and got what I wanted, go figure!

I normally dont post reviews, but, today I had a great experience at Panda. I went in to get an order to go. There was some chow mein left in a bowl and instead of scooping the old chow mein in my to go box the employee asked if Id like to wait for a fresh bowl. Ofcourse, I said- yes! I felt this employee treated me as she would expect to be treated. I really appreciate the great customer service and going above and beyond. Its the little things that get customers to come back!

I have never reviewed anything online in my life , but the fact that I waited 45 minutes in the drive through for two plates of food should speak for itself. This review started with two stars but ended with one. I placed an order for mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and white rice.. what I got was all mushrooms, 9 Delaware sized pieces of zucchini, 7 pieces of orange chicken, and large amount of white rice.

Just left this panda express extremely angry! 9:45pm when I pulled up to this location. There were cars ahead of me and behind me and NO FOOD! All they could offer was rice and appetizers. When I said arent your hours until 10? The person responded "well the grill has been shut off." Really?! Poor customer service!

Ordered orange chicken and veggies. They said it would be a 5 minute wait to cook fresh stuff. I was cool with that until 5 minutes turned to 25. When i just asked for a refund, they denied me saying i had to just wait for my food. Not a place to go after 7pm, it always seems to be awful service after that.

Have only been here a handful of times but have enjoyed the food. Have never come at a busy time so never had to wait long for a meal. Love they have a drive thru but never used it. Really like that you can see the food you want to pick out. Their crab Rangoons are not the best Ive ever had.

Food is tasty and service is nice. The place is clean, and parking is good. Only reason why 1 star is missing Is because during the lunch hour their service is extremely SLOW, and they can definitely work on that. Expect to be 30 mins if you decide to come here for lunch during the work week.

Employees dont care. Slow service, kept being made to wait when my order was half done. Employees short and dismissive not at all attentive not even a smile. Guy behind me actually got to skip me and paid and sat to eat. all told nearly 30 minute wait for no good reason

Pitiful. Waited in the drive thru for a lady with a screaming kid trying to place an order for 15 minutes. Finally place my order and wait again. They forgot my drink but charged me for it. I get home with my order and have NO RICE! Paid for a meal that I didnt even get.

AWFUL SERVICE! yes, it was 20 minutes to their closing time but the only thing they had for food was rice and spring rolls! There was over 5 cars in the drive thru behind us and 2 in front of us!!! Poor service!!!! Wont return and I suggest others dont either!

Nothing was prepared. I waited 15 minutes at least. So half my order was hot and slightly undercooked and the other half was old and dry. Servers acted like I was unreasonable for complaining. Wont be getting panda "express" anytime again ever.

Went in 5 mins after they opened, they made myself and my son feel unwelcome, their was hardly any food ready (gave us a free drink for having to wait 20min). All the tables were dirty even though we were the first ones in the building.

I go here way to many times to be healthy for my wallet. The service is just as good as the food! I will say that I think you need a membership card or something that rewards repeating visitors. :D Keep up the good work.

Drive thru packed again. I walked in. No one cooking and 2 girls on counter one is folding boxes didnt even acknowledge me in line of 2 people ahead of me. I walked out! They never have the food you want ready either

Employees were rude, not friendly, and just plain lazy. Walked in and an employee was laying on the booth bench. Employees seemed like they had no clue how to do their job or they didnt care at all.

The food here is very good. The service is where it lacks. During busy times, it takes forever to get through the drive through. During a slower time it isnt too bad though.

Its similar to how you order at Subway: you choose a bowl of rice, and choose what you want on it. I really liked their orange chicken. It was spicy, but not too spicy.
