Hadnt eaten there is many, many years. Ordered takeout. Got there early for pick up and had a drink at the bar. Gal who served me was very pleasant even tried to get the Rose Bowl on for me. They dont have ESPN (really??). Anyway she was very accommodating and even gave me an spring roll to go with my drink! Nice touch! The food was great and we will definitely be back - sooner this time. Had chicken and broccoli (as healthy as chinese gets!); cashew chicken (excellent); pork fried rice (very nice). Check the place out! STCRH

Things that were supposed to be crunchy were not crunchy at all. When I was asked how the food was, I told her about it and she immediately went away. I thought shed replace it, but none came. When it came time to doggie bag our leftovers, I told the waitress not to include those items that garnish the lemon chicken. She said they made fresh ones and offered to put them in my "to go" bag. Point #1. They served non freshly made items???? Point #2. If they realized that, why didnt they offer to replace the one they served us?

The food is good but I was really impressed by the service! Everyone had a smile on their face and greeted us kindly. I went for lunch on a day when they had closed the buffet due to lack of customers because of brutally cold weather. The manger (maybe owner) was very apologetic and offered to give us free appetizers and generous discount to make up for the lack of the buffet. I wasnt disappointed by ordering off the menu. The space the restaurant is in is also very nice. Ill certainly be going back to try the buffet.

Best Chinese food I have had in years, and Im from NYC! I ate here with my mother this August, as we both remembered having a delicious meal here years ago. Once again I was very impressed. We had the egg rolls which were crisp and delicate, moo shu vegetables and cashew chicken. Fresh ingredients, sophisticated flavors, no msg and minimal oil made for a memorable meal. The owners stopped by our table to see how we were and the service was prompt and friendly. I cant wait to return on my next visit.

We have always wanted to try this restaurant and had high hopes but it didnt live up to our expectation. As we and another couple walked in we stood at the door as the woman behind the counter took a phone order. We were seated at a table which was fine, however, a waitress decided that the best route to a booth was between my chair and the table behind me. On each of her frequent trips she banged into my chair and probably the womans behind me. The food was bland. We will not be back.

The best Chinese food in the Northwest Suburbs, period. They have excellent quality food, with fresh ingredients. Delivery almost always arrives on time, by polite and personable young men. The Dine-In experience is very zen and relaxing. The atmosphere is perfect, with lights dimmed, authentic Chinese art, and the huge fish tank. Each waiter I had was very polite and courteous. The food presentation and taste was excellent. Great place to take your family, or spouse.

I wouldnt recommend eating here. Literally wouldnt eat here. I was leaving the yarn store nearby after a class Thursday night. AN EMPLOYEE DROPPED A BOX & THE BONES OF A MEDIUM-SIZED DOG SPILLED OUT!! Disgusting & sickening!!!!!!!!!!!! LITERALLY BARFED IN THE PARKING LOT. I cant tell you how many times weve ordered out there or dined in. Have they been serving dogmeat instead of chicken & pork????????? Time for the Health Dept to visit!!!!!!!

The worst food of any kind that I have had in years. Entrées swimming--literally, swimming--in grease, vegetables smelled like sewer water. Delivery took twice as long as promised--over 1.5 hours. If I had ordered this in the restaurant, I would have sent it back, and left. Great looking menu, too. Too bad--great potential, wasted.

Terrible, the worst Chinese weve had in years. I spent $40 for what should have been a great delivery Saturday supper. In reality, its basically all going in the trash can. Bad: veggie egg rolls, "crab" wontons, mixed vegetables, shrimp lo mein, all the sauces they sent. Wont ever order from them again.

We ordered delivery on a bad weather day. Other places refused delivery. The food arrived freshly prepared and tasted good. We ordered their fried rice and lo mein variety along with another Shrimp dish that was served with rice. The potion sizes were average.

We used to really like this place, but the quality of the food has gone down significantly. We thought at first it was just the take-out, but even dining in has been disappointing. Would sooner go to Wok n Fire, considering how close they are together.
