Fair warning--the more toppings you add to the pizza (at $2.60 apiece), the fewer toppings you get. What I mean its that previous orders for a sausage pizza had a pretty respectable amount of sausage on it. Ordered a pizza with sausage, peppers, & mushrooms, and theres maybe 1/3 of the normal amount of meat. Must be to make room for the other toppings, but dont charge me nearly $8 for toppings if youre going to skimp on them. And speaking of ordering--we ordered online, and with the special they were offering, it came to $31.68 including delivery. Driver shows up and the total is now $34.52 Now I know its less than $3.00, but get your prices right.

Most Terrible Customer Experience Ive ever had ! Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. After I received a text message that my order is complete, I went to pick it up, only to find out that it wasnt even in the oven. I asked for a discount, or at least free delivery but the manager refused to reimburse me for the inconvenience at all. Instead he started screaming and swearing, telling me its not his fault that I received a txt msg alert telling me my order is ready. He was absolutely revolting, rude and inconsiderate. No customer should experience such terrible service. Disgusting.

I have been going to Old Town for the last 4 years and the owner Scott has always been helpful. I always order something off menu and they make it no problem! I eat there at least 3 times a week and if there is ever an issue its dealt with exactly as one would expect. Pizza by the slice is always good but sometimes sitting there for a while if you go usually after 4 but for lunch its usually pretty fresh!

Every time we order after 9:30 PM, even though their hours say theyre open until 10:00 PM, they tell us theyre closed. If youre open until 10PM, dont answer the phone at 9:40 and say youre closed. If you close at 9:30, your menu and google search should reflect that.

Randomly ordered from this place back in February and havent ordered from anywhere else since. The have the perfect type of dough with the perfect type of sauce with the prefect kind of cheese. I would be surprised if you try it and arent satisfied.

Order here often. Placed an order online. Got a call a few seconds later asking if I meant to put pepperoncini in the calzone or pepperoni. I wanted pepperoni, so these guys are the real MVP. Helps that the food is great, too. Thanks, all!!

Have ordered from them several times and have always enjoyed their pizza. Delivery is usually pretty fast. They also sell slices in store which are usually good (provided you come in close to lunch or dinner time).

Great Pizza!! I also have the chicken Parmesan and my wife gets the eggplant Parmesan, amazing. The portions of these are huge and will always give us dinner and lunch the next day.
