Wow! This place is disappointing and gross. I decided to take my girlfriend here to satisfy our burger craving and this place failed! I walk in and its 3 restaurants in 1? Oberwise, that burger joint and a pizza shop. "What the heck... okay?" I take a few steps in to order... no one takes my order. I notice everything looking sloppy and greecy but Im like hey its a burger joint! I get there signature burger hopeing it will balance out the good with the bad. Its okay.. not the best. My fries came out burnt. I go to get my drink and all the drinks are waterd down. "Water it is for me". I try to get ketchup. Nope there is none in the container. Reguardless I sit down and try to make the best of it. The tables are sticky and not wiped down. The floors have clearly not been swept that day. Napkins and little scraps everywhere. It looks like no one cares about that place anymore. I eat my burger in about 3 minutes and ask my girlfriend to please pack hers up so we can get out of that place. I will never go back there. I will never recommend this place. Definitely not the burger joint.

I swore Id never be one to write a food review. After driving by the place since established I took a flyer on a coupon I received in the mail. Simply said this is a great fresh double burger grillied on an open grill right in front of you. Any condiments added for free to your liking. The fries are unique, thin, and old fashioned with the potato skin still on them. This is a great place to go to fill up on a burger and fries. If you have room walk right over to Oberweis and grab a shake.

If youve been to a Five Guys or a Meatheads then you know the drill. Select your burger (or Chicken), add your toppings, eat. Fries here are average. The redeeming quality? Theres a connected Oberweis, and you can get unlimited milk (skim & chocolate) with your burger for $1.50.

Decent burger, hot dog. Fries droopy. Redeeming factor: walk a few feet to Connies pizza and then down a couple of steps for dessert at the Oberweiss. Lets just say that the burger place is a way to get pizza and ice cream, maybe a burger.

costumer service was great but the food was not fresh. I had to throw away my chicken tenders and the fries. The place was very smoky, i smelled like burgers all day afterwards. At least at this location. other locations have been great.

Excellent food! This also has an Oberweis and Connies pizza in the building which was an interesting concept. Our lemonade and coffee came from Oberweis but they deliver it seamlessly.

The cheese was not even melted, bacon looked old. I sent it back. Place was filthy. Grease on every surface.
