So i dont really do much reviewing on yelp or google ect. But i need to on this i hope this gets to corporate or someone. So i have been coming here for a while because i do work near by. I pulled into the parking garage and noticed a man sitting in a black truck (ive seen the truck many times so i assumed an employee of the mall) getting high. Not my place to judge. However as i was sitting inside waiting for my togo order before work the same guy from the truck went walking past me as well as the heavy scent of marajuana and walk into the back for employees. I would assume hes a cook or dishwasher maybe. He was wearing dirty looking clothes an unkempt beard and did not look the most hygienic. Im really not trying to sound like a jerk or judge a book by its cover but the thought of a guy that looked and smelled as dirty as this guy really turns me off from wanting to come back in on the chance that he may be handling my food. It really is a shame because i love the burgers and always get great service. Hopefully this sees its way to the right person and the situation gets handled because i would love to continue coming here worry free.

Server Ashley, 4/14/2016 40mins waiting for appetizers. 1 drink refill this whole time. Appetizer finally come out, wings freezer cold. Sent them back, came back freezer cold again. (Same Plate with same fried pickles) Forks and knife both had food on them as if they werent ever washed from past use. Never got our Burgers after this whole time Showed a older man up front all of this hoping he would help attended to the matter.. After the wings came back freezer cold again I offered to just pay for my ice tea and leave But they told me it was fine as if they KNEW they screwed up. Ridiculous just left, walked over to California Pizza Kitchen had a great meal, Caesar salad that was not as cold as the Red Robin wings were. Moral- Ive worked in the serving business for 4 years now as server for many places and now Hilton Bartender. I get a lot of things, but same plate of cold wings not attended to go back the first time. Is a slap in the face. Red Robin, very very disappointed and Ill make sure I tell as many people to help them avoid wasting their time and patience.

This could have very easily been a 1-2 star review. But the quick action and service provided by Marjorie saved the day plus more. We arrived and were seated pretty quickly but we had to wait a very long time for someone to come take our orders. No server stopped by to introduce themselves and take our drink orders. We waited at least 15 mins before pressing the call server button on the shiny touch screen devices on our table. We waited another 5+ mins until someone showed up. (Whats the point of the call server functionality on the device?) I dont think Marjorie is even a server but she recognized we werent getting served and she came took our orders and repeatedly apologized. She came back to check on us repeatedly and service was amazing. She even hooked us up with free dessert because of the wait. For me, good service is great but when things go bad and how the establishment responds to that is even more important to me. The response of Marjorie and her continued excellent service turned me into a customer willing to come back. Thanks!

Great food, Nice Server but I can honestly say I never expect to get good service at a red robin becuase I never have. Server was slow to bring refills, busy on take out and with the bar but rang in 5 refills on one drink when we only received one. The whole time we were eating there was a manager one table over doing a training class with new employees so we had to listen to information on "Work place violece" the whole meal. We were disappointed becuase it was only 2:45, not busy and we got crappy service and a crappy seat.

The service here is terrible. The experience that I was hoping for my family and I did not occur. My family and I sat and waited over 30 minutes for someone to approach us to take our order. We did not get that. The waiters were not even attentive to our needs as paying customers. We did even get a chance to order because of the lack of customer service training this location has. Where was the manager in charge to handle this? Nowhere to be found. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY IN THIS COMPANY!

I love Red Robin but the service at this location is the absolute worst. Waited 10 minutes for my drink and waited another 15 for my burger and they were only four other tables . Then they got my order completely wrong and the fries were ice cold. I could see my server making fun of me other servers because I sent my food back. I will be talking to the manager before I leave.

This place is great for when you are at the mall with young kids. The staff help you with the stroller, they have those kiosks at your table so you pay without needing your server and kids can play the games on it while you relax. The burger I had was ok, I think I would have gotten a different burger next time; I wish they had build-your-own.

My wife and I had an excellent lunch at Red Robin in Oak Brook today. Our server, Keirsten, provided great service by being very pleasant and attentive. We received our burgers quickly, even though the restaurant was very busy when we were there . I highly recommend this location.

Phenomenal customer service provided provided by Jemma. She was very friendly and attentive. The burgers are delicious and made to order. The freckle lemonade is a must have. Bottomless fries are a bonus. Other burger joints are just that. Red robin never disappoints.

As a vegetarian, I really like that any of their burgers can be made into a vegetarian option. Id never been to any Red Robin before this one and I was impressed the options and the sides and sauces. Also, you can never go wrong with bottomless fries.

Fast servers. Food come out super quick. Clean, friendly and delicious. Reasonably priced. Manager came to check on me to make sure my burger was cooked correctly. It might not be a 5 star restaurant, but they get 5 stars from me.
