I have been eating at this Panda Express for about 2 years now. Of the perhaps 30 times Ive been here, there has been 1 time that I was able to walk in and be served what I wanted without having to wait for it to be made. Ive tried giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. Its lunch, there are obviously others eating the same thing, or its between peak times, they dont want to make it just so it sits out. Today was the final straw. I placed an order online and arrived 5 minutes after it should have been ready. I was then told Id need to wait another 7 to cook the food. I asked for a refund, because I couldnt wait, and was told Id have to call customer service because they dont keep money at the store for online orders. By the way I never received an apology, and as of yet have not received my money back. I will never eat at this Panda Express again.

Sunday hours close at 8:30. I came in at 7:15 and they only had orange chicken +2 other main dishes. Everything else was cleaned up. She said its because they were closing soon. I think its really bad service to not have everything the costumer should want before you close. Dont know if this is a managers decision to begin clean up 1+ before closing??

Have gone to this restaurant 3-4 times. Everytime we go there the service is very slow. Many of the entrees are empty and have to wait for them to be re made. One time we waited over half an hour for our food to be made. Ridiculous for a fast food chain

I am currently waiting in front of this Panda Express in Lake Zurich. It states the doors open at 11am on a weekly basis. It is now exactly 11:28am. I have seen approximately 13 customers that came to eat but were astonished to see the doors are locked.

For the healthy eater, fresh veggies as a side with 2 entrees 6.29 and the veggies are very fresh. If you are not into that they have the fried stuff too. Clean, quick, open dining area.

This was my first time to a Panda Express. Great food but they didnt have brown rice which I thought was odd. The place was clean and I would recommend people go here to eat.

Terrible service! Placed an order in at 10:45 online and arrived at 11:15 (when food was scheduled to be ready) and didnt receive food until 11:40!!!
