Arrived at 6:30pm. There were no clean tables. Noticed there was only one waitress. Chose a table and stacked dishes to help waitress. At 6:40 she came and picked picked up dishes then started placing silverware. I had to ask her to wash table first. She wiped it with dry towel and walked away saying she would be back. Said she would be back twice more as walking by for items for other customers. Its now almost 7:00 and we have been very patient. She is walking tward our table, Im ready to order. She walks past us and starts cleaning a table. At 7:00 I tell her she should be taking our order instead of cleaning an empty table. Got up and walked out. Drove 5 miles to Waffle House in Culvert City, was waited on and had our food in less than 10 minutes. Will drive the extra did distance from now on!

Service and food at restaurant are pretty good, but their phone service is terrible. Now they have an automated system that answers the phone stating that all employees are busy, please stop by or call back later. What a hindrance on your customers who like to actually order carryout. And I do understand what it is like to work in restaurant and fast food settings. I worked my bum off, always did my best, and yes, there are still wonderful hard workers out there, Thank God. Im just saying that the automated phone move may cost you a lot of sales.

My rating is only based on the service, not the food or even drinks. The employees were too interested in their own personal conversation to wait on us or another table. (There were only 3 tables occupied.) The waitress stood at our table talking to another, without even looking at us took our drink order then stood there listening to other employees. After we gave her our drink order she turn to other employees and to talk again. So we cancelled our drink order and left.
