Dont get me wrong, I love Panda Express and never had any issues before, but this location has really started to disappoint me recently. I went in today during my lunch break and it took about 20 minutes to receive my food from the time I walked through the door and checked out. As someone who has a half hour lunch and works across the street, I had about 5 minutes to scarf down a bowl of VERY undercooked beef and broccoli. The lady working the front had "Brenda:)" on her name tag, and she was SUPER slow with bagging the food and ringing out. Learned my lesson not to go to that location on my lunch ever again.

Employer by the name of Airene or something along those words served me very poorly and did not want to accept my 20 dollar bill when I handed it to her because it had a small tear the size of a dime. And crunched up the sauces when I asked for them, and on top of all that she tore my receipt halfway so I couldnt see the total on it. I hope she finds a new line of work, definitely wont be coming back. Very discusting.

Thats 4 stars for fast casual, obviously an authentic Asian quisine restaurant would have much better food. With that being said, the Hoffman Estates location is clean, large, and the staff is friendly and courteous. The food is hot and tastes good, exactly what Im looking for in a fast casual establishment.

Felt too rushed while ordering. Fried rice was a little old. Also, my buddy got some Kung Pao and the chicken was clearly undercooked. When he went to ask for a refund, the cook says that it was hot. In other words, we had crummy service for some crummy food.

Everything was good til I took a bite of the sweet-n-sour chicken, tasted like sever card board couldnt eat it. But everything g else was pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Nice customer service.

Food not good. Did not taste like ordinary Panda Express. the orange chicken was a little too sweet and the rice was not fully cooked.

Manager was stingy on portions. Noodles were hard. Did not want to give a sample. When trying sample steak was not fully cooked.
