this place is fantastic! The manager(I think his name is Frank) is very helpful and makes sure that things are taken care of. I ordered my fries there once extra crispy and told him how I liked them and everytime Ive been there since hes personally made sure they are the right way. Also, theres a girl with her nose pierced who used to be pregnant, imagine she had her baby cause I havent seen her for a while, but shes awesome too. Very nice and accomodating and they really go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience and come back. Theyre the reason I go to 5 guys all over chicago and right now I just ate in kansas(not as good/professional). But nobody beats Deer Park. There are plenty of other, cheaper options...but for value and service it cant be beat. keep up the good work....Mark(thats right I like it so much Im putting my real name)

Daunting. First off I need food. So I order a burger with pretty much everything on it. Then my buddy and I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Hell, I could have slaughtered the cow in Argentina had it spot frozen and shipped to my house and cooked it faster than this place prepared the patty. Then we get our burgers. My buddys? Fine. I bite into mine. Beef and ketchup. BEEF AND KETCHUP!!! So I head back to the counter express my distress and am awarded a new burger with what I ordered and a few extra fries. OK. But not for $12 bucks. Sorry Five Guys. Youre off my list. Get your act together and please take it off the road.

The burgers in this place rock. If a burger isnt a little greasy, its called tofu. They dont just give you "fries." They fill the bag with FRIES!! Its awesome! the service is great, and this year they have tables outside to enjoy the weather when its nice out. At a recent visit, I saw that they hwve the new Coke dispensers installed that allow you mix and match your favorite flavors with your favorite Coke product. Its awesome!

Five guys is always a great burger option. Once or twice theyve managed to mangle my order here, but it wasnt catastrophic, so still four stars. Burgers and fries are both top-notch.
