I was really disappointed with this franchise today. I had gone in because I am on a pretty restricted diet thinking I would try their grilled chicken. Well, the woman at the counter was far less than helpful. I asked if they had it and then after finding out they did, she asked me what I wanted. I had no idea what the options were because I found nothing regarding this item on their list of options. She got mad a me when I asked for 1 side instead of 2 and if I had known they would stick an old biscuit on the plate, I would have requested they keep it also. I told her I would pay for a full meal if that was the issue, I just didnt want everything that is offered in the meal. The place was very dirty. I was the only one in there and no one had cleaned off tables, swept the floor, refilled the lids, staws, etc., and she did not offer me a cup. When I got to the drink dispenser, I realized there were no cups there either. Needless to say, I will not be returning and totally wish I had left before sitting down. The chicken was not good and the raspberry ice tea was horrid. I would advise you choose Burger King next door!

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is ridiculous and seems to be ran by a bunch of children.When greeted at the counter, the young man said, "What choo need?" Then the other workers started laughing and mocking what he said. They then proceeded to mess my order up 3 times before getting it right. While waiting for the correct order, one young man dragged the garbage bag through the restaurant to take outside, leaving a nasty, slick, wet smear all through the restaurant. Mind you, I waited through 3 incorrect orders before getting the right one and when I left, the mess was still across the floor. The music in the back was so loud that I had to raise my voice for them to hear me. Only 2 workers behind the counter were wearing gloves and one of those workers were handling my money. This place is totally gross, which is too bad, since its the only one around here. This place should be closed down.

This is my last time going here... I have been to this location three times, I am never get greeted when I pull to the drive through then when I get some ones attention and say my order then I dont get a response that my order was heard. Its very confusing and frustrating, then when I receive my order Im given the wrong or incomplete orders. I have been given a kfc bowl with no chicken and gravy, told they didnt have any large cups then see a stack of them at the front counter, I got a chicken pot pie and didnt receive a fork or a napkin, etc etc and this has happened the three times I have been there. Finally I asked for the manager and sure enough its the woman working the window. So I guess its no more kfc for me and im devastated. But choose a different location if you are going to kfc

This place is awful. The staff was not mentally at work. We tried to order their advertised $2 root beer float and was told it was only a Thursday special (there were no signs posted stating so.) The fries were not timed and were under done. They were unprepared for anyone to come in to the restaurant and we had to wait for everything. The eat-in area was dirty, with floors unswept and tables grimy. I also witnessed employees behind the counter handling food without gloves. Overall very unhappy with this restaurant.

Just waited 10 minutes for my food through the drive threw. When I finally got it there were NO napkins, NO silverware, and NO butter even after I specifically asked for it when I ordered. This is not the first time its happened either. Defeats the purpose esp when your at work and now cant even eat your meal because they lack the responsibility to make sure the customer gets everything for their order.

The worst service ever. The meat is small, has pockets of grease within the overwhelming amount of rubbery breaded skin. The french fries are stale and soaked in grease so that all you taste is grease. The green beans are also rubbery. But the service is probably even worse. There was no one in line in the restaurant, but there was no response at the drive thru.

Went through drive thru to get stuff for a picnic. They dont have sugar despite selling tea. I was told if i wanted sugar then i would need to get sweet tea. Got to the park discover we were not given napkins or utensils for our kfc bowls.

Staff and store look dirty and unkept. Service was dreadfully slow, took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was here. I only ever see 2 people working, and its clear they need more. Food is mediocre compared to other KFCs I have visited.
