Completely clueless staff. It was almost like they didnt even know they worked there. I waited 20 mins for a sandwich while staff stood behide the counter and bickered about who should be doing what. Needless to say I had to wait in line with other customers demanding a refund, just to get a refund! Now come on when have you ever seen that A LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR A REFUND! I bet if they tried to comp the sandwiches half the people would of told them to keep it! Never again will I return to this dump. Regional manager needs to do some serious training at this place!

The staff is clueless. Simple requests could not be understood. My child is allergic to gluten. Asked for meat on lettuce. Seriously not a difficult question. Then they wanted to charge for an adult meal. Had to explain I did not want anymore meat than what goes on a kids sandwich, only want it without bread please. It saves them money. No other place has issues with it. To top it off, one manager had to ask another manager if they could do that. Once we finally got that figured out, the food was subpar. Definately not a repeat establishment.

This place is Amazing!!! Their subs are outstanding!!! I have tried every sub place out there and they are my new favorite!!! All the people complaining are probably people who are super picky about every little thing, and like to give people a hard time!! Or just want a Free meal...Every food place has issues!!! Give people a break & a second chance!! And if you have a problem with something, you go to a manager and they take care of it!! I Loved your place & I will keep coming back!!! You get a 5 star rating from me, keep up the good work!!!

their food was absolutely disgusting. the only good thing about the place is their coke freestyle machine. they over charged my order. the sweet honey ham tasted like an awful jelly belly wanna be flavored ham. when asking for no pickle, you get it in a ziplock bag in the paper of my sandwich wrapping. they put so much mustard on my sandwich, that a local hot dog vendor asked if he could have some. if you want a sub par "hot" sandwich, then firehouse is your place.

The staff here is horrendous. I like the food so I keep giving this location another chance. Every time I go in it takes a long time to get food. My last visit was 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store, my visit before that there was a family of 4 in front of me and it took 20 minutes. I dont know if I can do it anymore. Jersey Mikes is down the street and theyre sliced fresh and fast.

Delicious hot subs, I love this place! Their New York Steamer and Brisket hot subs are a must try. I really like that they have at least 15 different hot sauces you can use if you dine in. Also, they have a 2 TVs usually on ESPN to watch as you dine in. The price is more a $$ rating as you be spending $8 on a large sandwich, not including chips and drink.

Our office tries to cater from here as much as we can. The service is great, as well as the food. The one time there was an issue with our order, they took care of the bill, and made sure we were satisfied. Mistakes happen, just glad to find a business that makes sure the customer is happy

Had a hot "Pastrami Something" sandwich- not too much meat on it, bun was not good, generic mustard. $11 for a small sandwich, tiny bag of chips and soda just not worth the $$$. Have to sit and wait 10 minutes for a mmediocre lunch? I wont be back. I will stick with JJs for a good, fast sub.

Love the food. But its been a while since Ive been here and the general manager on duty was one of the friendliest people Ive ever met at a fast food place. He seems to love his job and thats what will keep people coming back. Keep up the good work.

These subs are so good. The bread is soft and the subs taste fresh and good. If you like hot sauce, they have a ton of hot sauces labeled by number in terms of spiciness. This location also has a coke freestyle machine.
