Horrible service!!!! If I could rate a zero...I would. We went in last night around 10 p.m. and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. There was one couple inside and 2 cars in the drive through. Today we went through the drive through again around 1:30 and they said it will be a 15 minute wait again. When I asked for a corporate number to call and voice my dissatisfaction, their response was, they didnt have a number for us to call. This has not been the first time weve been unhappy with the service. Its just the first time, Im writing about it. I certainly hope they will grasp the concept of fast food...means getting your food fast...not in 15 minutes!

Excellent Taco Bell- quick-n-clean with a helpful wait staff. The only Mexican food I enjoy. The Nachos Bell Grande are to die for and wash it down with a delicious Pepsi-Cola. Although I do so miss the 6 pack of hard-shell tacos for $3 but that was 20 years ago- CURSE YOU FEDERAL RESERVE AND YOUR INFLATION! Seriously, though- good food.

Terrible, so reorganized line workers yelling talking about working else where. Always something when I dine in here. I think Im done with the bell. And no ice machine and didnt appreciate that it seemed like a problem to ask for ice from behind the counter

Ordered a couple crunchwraps with steak... paid extra for the meat, weve eaten half crunchwrap... no meat yet. One bite with meat. The employees here just dont care... either that or theyre as high as the customers rolling through. Never again.

1 star for having the slowest drive thru around. Its bad. 2 bonus stars for having nice people. -1 star because I got home and my order was wrong, and I was over charged. This is common here.

If I could give no stars I would. Got all the way home and my food wasnt even in the bag. Great job, Taco Bell. After waiting almost 10mins in the drive-thru to not get everything.
