I had a hiccup with my first order placed, took over 12 mins to make 3 sandwiches after I was told to pull ahead. I complained about the wait and then my order was missing items and incorrect. I spoke to Brittany the manager and she was awesome! She helped me and replaced my order my next visit. But at my next visit they gave me my replacement order and acted so annoyed that I was even there, I added 2 items on which they forgot to give me so I waited for someone to come back to the window and they were not friendly and I barely got an apology. My advice WHEN they mess up the order, talk to Brittany the manager..

Alexandria, (working the drive-thru) may very well be the rudest order taker I have ever encountered. I thought that maybe she was exhausted from dealing with the public and their personalities. So, I tried to be overly pleasant. She threw my bag at me and walked away from the window. When I got home, my soup was in the bag placed upside down. Ridiculous! Perhaps, Alexandria should consider a line of work that does not involve customer interaction.

Im severely allergic to hot peppers and I specifically asked for no hot peppers but when i got my order there seemed to be extra hot peppers on my sandwich, they not only ruined my dinner but almost caused a severe allergic reaction. I wish I could do zero stars because one star is too good

Great food, horrible service. Expect to wait atleast 30 mins, employees are rude and unprofessional always playing on the intercom as Im placing my order. And they always run out of cookies. This is my last time at this location. Id rather waste gas than spend money here.

Great cookies, ok sandwiches, but poor customer service. Asked them to hold three cookies and that Id be there in 20 minutes. I live 15 minutes awasy, and I came at exactly 20 minutes and they said theyd already sold them.

One of the worst locations. Each time Ive gone, service is poor, unfriendly. Theyre always out of something and usually get the order wrong. Im going to stop going. I rather drive out to Tinley.

Uptown Salad is the absolute best! Love the laid-back atmosphere; service is great/fast. My favorite salad place, and they just recently added a few more items to their salad menu.
