The young lady at the store was very rude to me last night because I walked in 10 minutes before they were closing. I know that isnt the right thing to do, however I was moving all day and really needed to grab food before everything closed. Got to counter, I asked if its okay if I order and she started huffin and puffin, literally slapping the latex gloves on saying "well what do you want?" And that was when I just said you know what, it seems like you dont want to service me and tried walking out. At that point I understand we both mightve had long days. However her aggressiveness was something I just didnt want to deal with, so on my way out - she literally starts following me out the door and I told her to stop, and she called me an a******. Dont go here, Im calling corporate today to figure out why they have 17 year olds running their stores.

Food was ok. It was cold. I called and ordered three sandwiches and 2 soups. They told me it would be to me by 12:30, it did not get to me till 1:20. This threw off lunch breaks for everyone at my job. Also as I said the food was good but was cold.

First time visiting and it was wonderful! The food was great and the customer service was even better. Our server lakendai and another young man were very friendly. The options were endless. Will be a frequent customer.

I love Potbellys so it automatically gets a bump- I like the food and I dont find the prices bad. You can eat pretty healthy too. This one is clean and you have a good chance of getting a musician too.
