On 05/16/17..... One of the girls on the sandwich line tried it! Kept asking me to repeat what garnishes I wanted because she could not hear me. When I said it louder and slow she made the sandwich bagged it up and then asked my husband what was on my sandwich because she think she made it wrong. Excuse me, its my sandwich ask me! My husband ordered nothing I did! Smh! Then she said she had to remake my sandwich and tried to make me wait after her line clears. I got my money back and got Subway! Will never patronize this location again. I will stick to getting my Potbelly sandwiches from the Loop! The cashier with the braids was nice. Also this location needs to relocate their drive-thru speaker. Its on a main street (Lincoln Hwy) thats busy and noisy.

1 star because the lady who took my phone order (receipt says tiffany) was very rude, wasnt hard to point her out when i went to pick up my order because she gave me a dirty look when i didnt hear when she said something to me. Update: manager called me back after sending an email,he apologized for the inconvenience didnt think i was going to get a response but Tim replied as soon as possible and handled the situation with great customer service.

My partner and I came to eat. My sandwich was made fine but his had onions even after asking for none. My chocolate malt was partly mixed with a oreo shake made for someone else. When i asked them to remake it with extra malt, the lady gave me a cup of malt powder on the side. She didnt mix it into my drink! How the hell am i gonna drink that. The drinks were poorly made and the servers respond was not appropriate to remedy the situation.

My sandwich was amazing and everything I thought it would be for a first timer! It looked good and tasted even better. Thank you for opeining a store in my home town of Matteson. And NO I am not an employee, I just praise good customer service or at least it was good when I visited the drive thru!
