WTH!!! Olive Garden should really be a shamed of themselves! They used to be my favorite place to come and eat but over the past year or so it seems they just keep going down. But as usually they came out with their "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" and so I decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the Chicken and Nochi soup, (which was cold), then the bread sticks they served could almost be used as drum sticks the were so hard, but I even could have lived with that. But then my entrée comes out (the Grilled Chicken Alfredo). It was the blandest meal I have ever tasted in my life! This last visit took the cake! And I know the management knows they have gone down because when I told the waitress and she told management they didnt even seem surprised and told me it was on the house. Ive heard many people say the restaurant has gone down. One of my friends even refferd to Olive Garden as a high end fast food joint! The Mobile Alabama location better tighten up or they may go out of business for good! But one thing is for sure, I wont be returning again! Im a better cook than that, and they are the professionals!

Soup and salad and breadsticks are on point, especially the Zuppa Tuscana (potato/kale/sausage soup), but not much else, which isnt the locations fault. The chain itself needs an actual redefinition on the word "fresh," especially when it comes to the sauces. It feels like you get an awesome variety on the menu, but almost everything is pretty bland, which is a bummer because I love pastas and grilled dishes and would like to commit to something more if it was actually worth it. Thank god for cheese and salt to save most of those things, I guess? Stick with soup and salad until the chain makes a serious overhaul on their recipes. The prices are okay for what you get, and the wait staff are generally very accommodating.

We love to eat at Olive Garden! We used to go there almost every week for the last 6 years. But lately I"ve changed my mind and lost my appetite. Although we had a relatively good service and the server was nice, she had some very long and disgusting nails, full of grease and food as if she probably had to stir the salad with her own hands. It was hard not to notice her hands... She was bringing and handling our plates, napkins, silverware. I thought that was a no-no in the food industry but the majority of female servers had long and nasty nails! Management should definitely fix that problem, because I"ve heard various negative reviews

Take into account I love Olive Garden and have visited several locations as my job reqyires me to travel. Do NOT order to go HERE. On 7/10/16 I ordered at 9:10 to pickup at 9:30. Not only did I have to wait until 9:45, but I received this. The steak medallions were the smallest portion Ive ever received and they were charred, whereas I ordered medium well. The feta and dried Tomato (standard topping) was missing from the dish. There was barely any sauce. The Noodles werent fresh. On top of all this, the place wasnt busy due to it nearing closing time. Highly disappointed at this location tonight.

I am a local resident, I have not ate here in a long time but this used to be my favorite place. Me and my wife are eating here now. The service is horrible, the table they sat us down at a dirty table and we asked for a booth and was given a table in the middle of the room, and they could careless. Keep in mind this is 5 minutes into our visit. Apparently the staff has changed here and it is evident of the lack of quality. If you are looking for a bad restaurant experience then this is the place you want to go.

MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS PLACE, HOWEVER I WAS NOT PLEASED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY WERE OUT OF ONE OF THERE SIGNATURE DISHES (TOUR OF ITALY) WHILE THERE (ON A FRIDAY ) INFORMATION LIKE THAT SHOULD BE TOLD TO YOU BEFORE YOU ORDER DRINKS AND APPS. HAD WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN BEFORE WE ORDERED DRINKS WE WOULDNT HAVE EATEN THERE. ITS WAS LIKE EATING FISH, WHEN YOU WANTED SHRIMP. YES, BOTH ARE SEAFOOD BUT THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT TASTE.

Celebrated my daughter-in-laws birthday when visiting from another state and was extremely pleased with every aspect of our Olive Garden Experience. We were a party of ten. Our server, Kristin was cheerful and efficient, anticipated just when to offer refills and offer assistance. We were treated to an exceptional Birthday song by Delmarcus - what a talent. We would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

This is probably one of the nicest Olive Gardens that I have been in. Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to dine out. The service was very good. It did take quite a while for them to bring our breadsticks and salad, but it is a small complaint. You should ask to sample a Moscato. It is heavenly. I will definitely come back. The value was great. We got the buy one take one for $12.99.

If I could give no stars I would - worst service expierence ever. 20 min wait with a mostly empty restaurant. 15 min to take orders, one of us ordered gluten free pasta and after a 40 min wait for food they came out to say we are out of gluten free pasta. And to top it off food was awful. Even after manager came over it was the slowest attempt to recover - total failure.

Went to Olive Garden today and it was great, especially the "to-go" employee Shayna. She was nice and very helpful. She always gives me great service and smiles. She goes the extra mile every time. She is the main reason why I return to Olive Garden and the food of course. I wish the entire staff would be as nice as her and the bartender.

Fairly uniform Olive Garden location with consistent delivery of all your favorites. My usual is the braised beef tortellini which I think now comes in a slightly smaller portion now that it’s served in a raised-edge plate. Lisa had the buy-one-take-one special with the half-moon ravioli. What can we say… it was all good.

My experience was horrible! My family and I went to Olive Garden in mobile Alabama on Sunday March 20,2016 the hostess greeted us with a bad attitude as if she did not want to be there! The musty dirty mop smell wasnt any better! We decided to stay because we were tired an we figured the smell would go away!

The salad and bread sticks are simply excellent, the chicken broccoli pasta was a disappointment, it was quite bland. The service, Olivia, was excellent, she was superb and is a credit to your company. Just find a chef who knows how to use spices...
