Martha baked the cake for our May 6th wedding. We met with Martha several months before our wedding, and she gave us a thorough taste testing. All of their cake and fillings are amazing, and you cant go wrong with any options! In the end, we could. It decide, and Martha was flexible with us- allowing us to do two flavors for just a small price addition. We had vanilla cake with chocolate and strawberries for one filling and cream cheese and lemon for the second filling. We had a 5 tier cake for 250 guests, so each tier alternated with those two filling options. The cake was fluffy and moist, and the buttercream outside so smooth and professionally done with our design choice. When we chose our cake, Martha explained how she uses real butter for the buttercream outside. I love that it is natural, and she mentioned that it can tend to be a bit yellow because of that. Honestly, while we werent torn apart about not having a true white cake, the cake did turn out much more white than I was imagining. It was not yellow at all, I would say it was even more white than my ivory wedding dress. We purchased a gold wedding topper with our name on it, and Martha placed this perfectly. The cake was beautiful, and I couldnt have imagined any other cake. What a great, local business. I loved being able to do my cake tasting, and especially being that it was with owner Martha. Truly an authentic experience with beautiful follow- through on the wedding day.

I found this place about a year ago and was amazed. Martha - owner and baker is like fairy god mother who grounds all your sweet wishes, she is always open to suggestions and works with you to make our sweet tooth happy. She even started selling slices of tres letches so I can try first. Tell me thats not word class service. SWEETS... I cant even decide what to buy every time I go there, everything is just too good. But try flouless chocolate cake its so rich and chocolaty and if you chocolate lover like me you would not be disappointed. Every piece is really great and what I like the most sweets not over sweeten like a lot of places so you can really enjoy every bite and dont feel like you just ate a pound of sug

My wife and I just wanted a simple cake for the wedding for the cake cutting ceremony, and Martha came through big time. Not only did the two tier cake look beautiful, we had a day after brunch, and cut the rest up, and everyone loved the taste. Very easy to deal with, and no hassle. Thank you for making our wedding complete. 1 year later, I also got a 6in recreation of the cake and it made my wife so happy. Patrick D.

It is the perfect place, where you have the best service from its owner Martha, who is always ready to satisfy everything you want in each order and the results are amazing . Also there you can find a variety of fresh and delicius products such as cupcakes, brownies, cookies and many products that have made this place one of my favorites.

I love Macroons but I wish the prices where slightly more affordable. If they were I would frequent at least once a week instead of once a month. I always see it empty. Might be better for business overall to do this and push more product on customers instead of who knows goes to the baked goods once not sold on a few days to a week.

Highly Recommended bakery in Homer Glen! We ordered cookies for one of our treat days at school and Martha was very accommodating and great to work with! The cookies were a healthy alternative, Gluten Free Lemon and Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip and the cookies were baked fresh and picked up that morning. The macarons are also delicious!!
