Hate is such a strong word, but I was very dissatisfied with my service/experience at the Highland, IL Pizza Hut today. Normally, I dont like to negative review, but this is why it got 2 stars. A few years ago, my family and I used to enjoy going to the lunch buffet, but hadnt gone in a while. The main reason being they open at 11, but the buffet doesnt have food on it until closer to 11:30. This doesnt work when my husband only has lunch from 11:10-11:40. This was the same case today, so he paid full price ($6) plus drink ($2) for him to only enjoy about half of the buffet. I know this reasoning was one of the main reasons we quit doing lunch there. What I need explained to me is why the womens bathroom is DISGUSTING upon opening?! There was a disgusting line in the toilet with urine on the seats, shouldnt this be clean when we are the 2nd customers in the store. The final straw was how unprofessional and unwelcoming the manager was. She walked right by me to place something on the buffet, right next to me. She couldnt be bothered with even saying "Hi" let alone acknowledging a customer was in her presents. In fact, our server was amazing compared to her. This Pizza Hut needs some serious work if we want to go back. If you are looking for Pizza Hut taste, youll get it here. If you are looking for a quality experience, pass on this place!!!

Only 2 workers present. Cook was on a smoke break for 25 minutes. Waiter worked his tail off to try and compensate. Took much longer to get our food than expected.

The service was not the quickest! The drinks were not refilled fast enough. We had to wait for about 3 to 5 mins for out drinks to be refilled.
