I got the Don Ole special-2 tacos, rice & beans withOUT tomatoes. It came WITH diced tomatoes..server took it back. It came back within 2 mins without any visible tomatoes. All they did was remove the lettuce, tomatoes & cheese & replaced with lettuce & cheese. During the course of my eating the tacos found 3 tomatoes they missed. What IF I was allergic to tomatoes instead of just not liking them? The juice from the diced tomatoes & tomatoes could have given an allergic person major probs! Our server came once to the table to ask how the food was...didnt refill our drinks or come back to the table until the young man told her we were waiting on the ck...i went to the bar to ask for a refill once & the young man that brought my tacos out the 2nd time refilled my tea also. I had to get my own take home container & we waited 20 mins to get our check. Husband got 3 beef hard shell tacos..they were very soggy from the juice that was running out of them the whole time. Daughters cheese steak was good. Not sure well return...just not as good as the Mexican rest by Northtown. If we do return, well be asking for the youngman..hes an attentive server.

Im a pharmaceuticals rep and bring lunch to offices every day. First off, the service was certainly less than welcoming especially for someone spending several hundred dollars. Secondly, the office called.me the following day (today) with complaints of 1 person having to call off sick and 8 others including myself waking up with sever stomach aches and diarrhea. Might be a good time to have a health inspector take a buzz through there. In multiple years of eating out at restaurants every day for lunch, nothing like this has ever occurred. Needless to say, I am very concerned.

Im pretty sure they poisoned our food. Some friends and I went here for dinner the other night, and all four of us got extremely sick. Im talking like five straight hours of vomit and diarrhea. I think they did it because the driver had "Trump" stickers on their car. I personally cant stand Trump, but hey, its a free country. Anyway, I dont think they liked that and decided that rat poison was a good course of action. The tortillas were pretty good, though.

Normally one of our favorite places to go, however tonight the food was poorly prepared. My daughters grilled cheese was prepared with the heels of the bread and the cheese want even melted, my wifes fajita nachos were super salty and the chips were soggy. Took almost 10 minutes to get a drink order taken. Waitress seemed uninterested in being there. Very disappointed that one of our favorites dropped the ball so far tonight there was no recovery.

Both Mexican restaurants in town are owned by the same family, so I dont feel bad saying I prefer the one across town. Don Ole tends to be busier than Fiesta Brava, and the service isnt as good. This restaurant is bigger, with a large room in front for parties and a bar in the dining area. The food is good, they use goat milk for their cheese so its addictive.

The service was slow and the servers were very uninterested in being there. They mumbled more often than not. The food was okay, but nothing special. The real problem was encountered the day after as Ive been back and forth to the bathroom all day. Their food wasnt nearly good enough to compensate for the diarrhea.

Food was alright but the service was horrible. Took 10 mins before anyone came to take our drink order, another 10 to take the food order, 30 mins to get our food, and no one ever came by to offer refills. We had 3 different waiters/waitresses during our visit.

They rate slightly higher than Fiesta Brava in Highland however we have had orders messed up, every time we go there they are out of one of the drinks the kids want and the service isnt great every time.

Don Ole is the only show in town when it comes to Mexican food. Good selection of menu items. Prices are about what you would expect. The service is really good. Always had tea in my glass.
