This pizza hut sucks. I am a "Hut Lover". I order every Saturday night 2 large pizzas the way I like them. Well I filled out a survey and the sent me a $10 off code. I ordered it over the phone because you are limited to what you can request for your order. This store is 3minutes from my house. I pick it up because of some blond head girl called me and try to say my address which was theirs. When she handed me the pizza they felt like kites. I called the manager and he gave me a credit on a future order. So the folllwing week they got it right. This time I called and they would not honor the $10 off a $20 for doing a survey.This order they wanted to charge me $40. Last week it was $31 for the same thing. Guess what the same dumb blond hair person answered the phone she said she had orders to deliver and wanted to know if I want to cancel the order I said absolutely they will never see me again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was lied to about a previous purchase. I called the store closest to me and was told that it was another store in the opposite direction farther away to get pizza delivered. I called that store and they said that it was actually the store I first called. So I called them back and the gentleman apologized and when I told him I was on a 30 minute lung break he told me sorry to hear that and he would credit me 15$ on my next purchase because I was going back and forth for about 20 minutes just to order a pizza. Well I tried calling today to order and redeem that 30$ I was told I had been credited and apparently I was lied to, he said he was a manager but I guess not. When I called today the store manager said that she was sorry, well looks like I am not ordering Pizza Hut anymore. I mean a place that doesnt even have employees knowledgeable enough to know where they deliver is kinda sad, and to lie to your customers about redeeming a mistake isnt ok.

We enjoy Pizza Hut over other Pizza chains. Have tried this one 4 times in 3 months. TERRIBLE!! Wrong orders, Pizza undercooked, Pizza overcooked, Stuffed crust with crust so thin sauce leaks through bottom and Burnt Dessert. Will drive 2-3 times as far to avoid this one. Other people say the same thing. Tried once to talk to manager but they said was too busy working to talk to customers. Sad, what a waste

Horrible pizza Hut location. Terrible customer service. Cashier does not know how to run register or take orders, the staff were very unfriendly and and illiterate. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order and when I got up they did not know how to operate. I just left. Do not go to this location i would NEVER recommend ! ! !
