Web site picks the wrong pizza, I call, some lady claiming to be the manager tells me that in order for me to get the pizza i want i have to buy another pizza. I drive the pizza back after having it delivered, this girl denies saying she told me that, and then plays dumb about giving me my money back attempting to waste my time. Im not even sure my money was returned. Anyways, as if i am that dumb. I am a firefighter of six years, that girl would be less one job if that was my crew. Great food and service up to this point

I gave this place a 3 but probably more like a 3.5 based on my first and only experience here. Staff was friendly. The pizza tasted good. The price was pretty good. I got a "jumbo" slice and soda for 4.25. This was a Thursday special. To be honest the slice was not that large. The pizza was not very warm at 12:10 pm. The clerk kindly supplied me with crushed red peppers and parmesan cheese. The cheese was really old. I think a few small tweaks and this place could easily be 4.5 stars.

Firehouse Pizza and Grill has the best pizza in the area. The service and staff are great and offers a variety of choices. Delivery is quick, they offer pizza by the slice and are open late on weekends especially. I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area.

Great customer service! My takeout order was incorrect and they happily offered to deliver me a new pizza, and then showed up with a bonus dessert to make up for the inconvenience!! The pizza was delicious too! Thank you!

I often go here for their daily lunch specials. The menu is huge and very diverse. They serve anything from individual slices to full party catering. I have never gotten anything that I was not happy with.

My wife and I regularly get pizzas from here. We *love* their thin, cracker crust pizzas!!! The pizzas arent too oily or greasy, and the food is always hot. Awesome food and service!!!
