I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday. I walked in to grab my order and they showed it to me but I was a little confused about it, I went out to my car because they were really busy and decided to check my order. When I started looking through my order I realize that I was missing about half of my things and the other half were not the way I wanted them to be. I called and specified how I wanted my order, there was just one group of wings that I wanted sauce on the side, they ended up giving me no sauce at all on any of my wings. And they just gave me side of sauces for every single one. The way they reacted to my complaint was pretty mean. And then the manager came out and she ended up fixing my order or so she said, I came back outside and once again there was a couple things that were wrong. I was tired of complaining so I just left. They didnt even have any silverware, or napkins to provide for me either. This is the second time this happens in this location. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is my favorite place to buy Wings. I always refer my friends to Buffalo Wild Wings. Ive been very disappointed over their customer service. I will not refer anyone to the South Elgin location. And will not go there myself anymore. Very disappointed at their customer service.

I am on the PTO Committee for a local Elementary school and when I called Buffalo Wild Wings in South Elgin to ask about them keeping their used crayons, rather than throwing them away, for a HUGE event we have at our school that is something the kids are always excited about. When I showed up to get the crayons, The General Manager did something even better. He handed me a brand new box of crayons that he ordered just for our school!! That is almost 2,000 crayons for our school. We are so incredibly grateful to them for this generous donation and thanks to them our event will be amazing for all the kids and parents. Thank you again Buffalo Wild Wings for being such a big part of the Makers Fair at our school. You have made so many kids happy. :)

Ive never had a bad experience with bww. It was the only restaurant around my college so I have eaten there alot. A girlfriend and I went to this one and we were told the wait was 45 minutes immediately upon walking in without any greeting at all. We said thats fine. We walked out and looked at shops, came back and they had removed our names from the waiting list. So I guess you need to remain in the small seating area if you want a seat. The guy greeting and the girl greeting made a rude comment about it and we were sat with this poor waitress who was practically running the entire seating area. Working her butt off. Ive just had bad experiences at this one location multiple times and hope anyone else has a better one

Been a fan of BWW all around the area but this review is specific to the South Elgin location. Good value for the money and I like that they segregate the bar from the eating area for those of us with kids. Could use more booths though. Keeping this place clean is really important so that we continue to go back. Beer and booze smells arent that appealing when Im bringing my family to dine. Have enjoyed wings, wraps, and salads with no complaints to think of. Love the buffalo chips with a bit of chipotle dry rub on them. Staff is always attentive. Sports and food, how can you go wrong.

Pretty good wings and great dipping sauces, great place to watch pretty much any sport with their great line of beer on tap, great selections from lite to hard. They re did the place a bit ago and looks pretty good. Got to get their early when free ppv fights like boxing and UFC are on or you wont be getting a seat for awhile. In the back of the restaurant theres a nice size bar area where you can sit at the bar itself or theres also tables in the area as well and then theres the regular dinning area with booths and tables

One of the biggest selling points of Buffalo Wild Wings is a lively atmosphere that makes one feel as though they are actually doing something worth doing. Wide variety of beers and drinks. Wings or okay but leave something to be desired for. Definitely a place that I plan on returning to enjoy an evening game.

My first time coming to BDubs and I love it staff is so friendly and helpful we will certainly be having our girls night and family night there from now on. The food was delicious really fresh I got the sampler wings nachos onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Great job guys.

I never had bad experiencie with bww. But this time the lady who take care us was loss . She made us to wait around 40 minutes . She bring the drinks to my kids but forget my beer . She never ask if we want any sauce for my wings . She did not bring a plate for the bones.

Dont bother ordering online. Cant or wont process your credit card from online. Had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food despite ordering the 40 minutes before my pickup time. Staff was chaos and they packed my food in a dirty bag. Wont go to this location again.

They served me wings that looked liked someone else had bitten off them! My waitress acted clueless and when I complained to manager Christian he had a smirk on his face!!! Mental note to self; DONT go to that BWs again!! UNSAT!!

They always forget something and it pisses me off im not eating here again im driving to hoffman estates instead. Right now they forgot my ranch and i will not be giving recommendations for this place and i know alot of people!

Bryce, our server did not follow directions well. He did not get our order correct, it took about two tries for him to get it right. Even when we had finished our food he over charged us. I will never come here again.

Good food &service. Very noisy though so be prepared. We read that it was loud in a review before we went and that was very true. But there are sports on all the tvs and games for the kids. Was a nice change of pace.
