I went here just a few minutes ago with my husband. I can say that it is the best Panda Express Ive ever been to. Partly because the food was better made than what I expect from a place like this, but MOSTLY because of the service. I would like to thank Garne especially for her amazing service tonight in making us both feel like human beings rather than just another face in the crowd. Its a very unexpected and pleasant feeling to have when going out these days. Thank you very much.

This place is disgusting! I ordered orange chicken on white rice, and the woman just stared at me for a while and said "So you want friend rice?" Im pretty sure she was high. Then one of the workers, who was obviously very sick, coughed right onto the teriyaki chicken. She also was whipeing her nose before touching the utensils and bowls. Definitely will NOT be coming back. >:(

Used to come here a lot, manager disrespected my wife & I one night. I talked to the District Manager, he agreed how the store manager treated us was disrespectful. I told him that I would start going back if the store manager apologized to us. He promised to call us back to set it up, never ever heard from him. I will never ever spend my hard earned money in this place.

They told me they had brown rice and said if I paid for it up front, once the teriyaki chicken was done I would receive my food first. Not only did I waiting for 10 more minutes but after paying up front they dont have my brown rice that was promised up front.

Some days its great. Other days it is bad. It is probably the worst looking Panda Express I have been to. If there was another one closer, I wouldnt visit this one, but there isnt so I have to deal with the Carpentersville location.

A great place to relax and enjoy the samples before you purchase your meal. Clean..efficient...fresh...fast and always hot. An intelligent and healthy restaurant fast food option for all that wont break the budget! Enjoy!

The cleanest PE Ive ever been too. The best customer service. Ordered food for school, they offered freshly made. Waited about 10 min. And the best part is, they didnt forget the napkins or utencils. Great place.
