My husband and I went her with our 3 year old son. Weve been to the one in Schaumburg but we were curious about this new restaurant. It looks very clean and new, and the bar is huge! We will have to come back without our son one day and sit at it! There are TVs everywhere, even on both patios. Our server Jessica was really friendly and super sweet to our son. She talked my husband into trying the Screamin Nacho Burger. Its weird because you dont think of Buffalo Wild Wings as having anything other than wings. I had boneless wild wings and my son got the kids mac and cheese with oranges. I was so greatful that she mentioned they had fruit. Sometimes I feel guilty giving my son french fries every time we dine out! The food took a little while longer than expected, just because it didnt seem that busy. Good thing we had the Captain Dominic to entertain us! He gave my husband and I beer samples to pass the time. He was so knowledable about the different types of beer. We tried Magic Hat and Game Changer. I guess Game Changer is a beer made just for Buffalo Wild Wings. If you ever come here and Dominic is working, I highly recommmend to talk to him! Hes awesome! Jessica made sure our drinks never got too low and was ready with the check; which we appreciated because we were on a tight schedule! We will be back soon Bdubs

I used to like bdubs until I came to this location. I live in the area and figured this Elk Grove location would be good and convenient but boy was I wrong. The staff is below average and that includes management, the GM Rick followed by his crew of mangers are rude and phoney when it comes to guest hospitality. They walk around the restaurant with smug looks on their faces while trying to see how the guest liked their experience. My order I placed was wrong and came to the table cold, also a lot of the servers seemed too young. Considering my waitress could not bring my alcoholic drinks to the table which cause them to sit longer at the bar while I wait. Overall it is a small restaurant with limited booths and immature staff. After this experience I would most likely not visit this bdubs location again nor any other location. There are Many other better restaurants with better food out there !!!

Worst bdubs ive ever been to and i been enjoying buffalo wild wings for like 10 years. Some ppl go there to eat, not watch the waitresses flirt w specific customers all night. Last time i sat at bar for over 15 min waiting to get served a drink watching the bartender flirt w some old guys for over 15 min, ignoring anyone else at the bar. After sitting there about 20 min without getting served i just up and left.The most recent time was not far off but i did get served fairly quick but my food comes out and she suggests i take it to go, as the waitress goes back to focusing on flirting w another customer. Fine Ill finish my one beer and take my food to go to go eat it cold elsewhere. Never have any bad experience at other locations just this one. Maybe ill try again here in a year but wont pay for garbage next time.

The place looked awesome and the food was good, but the service didnt measure up. We arrived at 5:50 p.m. with three small children and didnt leave until 7:30. They first put us at a table where the babys high chair stuck out as everyone bumped it, so we asked to move. It took forever to get our food--we had to walk the kids around the restaurant. The server at the table next to us was much friendlier as he offered his customers to try a variety of the wing dips. That table arrived after us and got their food well before us. We will not go back, but that wont matter to them since they seemed pretty busy.

Yes, the place only opened a week or so ago....but when the bar, which seats 23 people but is only populated by 9, and the service is still slower than snails pace (in fact, I felt that I was purposely being ignored....the male bartender working the chicks and the female bartender working the young guys )...thats a place where I wont spend my time (and ps: startups are provided with experienced staff from other venues and there is thus no excuse for such behavior). So, as there are so many other great local venues where my patronage is appreciated I will go there to spend my dough.

I have been to this place twice, once takeout and next time dine in. Both the times they messed up the order. When I called them when they missed the item , they said they gonna send the gift card . So I enquired about it,the second time I went for dine in, manager said they have just sent the gift cards out . "Just now " seriously ?? . The dine in experience is still worse, they missed out the order , the food came very late. Have to call out the soo reluctant waiter multiple times to get my stuffs. Last but not the least, the ambient is not good for a sports bar.

Good food. On par with most bdubs. Service is completely terrible at this location though. Ive gone to this bdubs twice now, once take out and once eat in, and both times they messed up my order. When I got take out, they only gave me half my order and I didnt realize until I got back. Called them and they remade my order and promised me a gift card that I never received. Whenever I called them to ask about the gift card, they gave me the runaround saying I need to speak to the kitchen manager, or someone else each time. I support bdubs but not this one.

They need a lot of help. When you hire a bunch of 15 year olds to take orders and serve customers, you get a recipe for terrible, head in the clouds service. Be sure to badger them about your take out order as they leave it in the warmer without telling you for 20 min. They did this to me 3 times. I sat waiting for my order only to find out it was in the warmer. I was insistent they check again and they still missed it. Ill check back in a few months and see if they got it together by then. The food tasted average.

The food is pretty much as good as all the other but Ive been here multiple times and I dont know why cause the service is not as good as any other ones Ive been too. I have called in orders a few times and they screw it up and Ive sat down and ate there and the service isnt very good. I can only think of one time that I went there and we had really good service but thats it only once

I decided to write this place a good review for their customer service & amazing staff. General manager Eugene & host Alex were awesome! Eugene went above & beyond to help me with a super large order for work! This man is super organized and detailed, made my job easier! Alex was patient and helped with my rewards sign up...oh & loading my car! Thanks guys, youre the best.
