This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I have lived in the New Lenox area for many years. I went to this location last week and waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes!!!! After waiting almost an hour, we got up to the window and the "manager" (she doesnt deserve that title) informed us that the register was out of service and that she could not tender our sale. Then she proceeded to tell us that we could get whatever dessert or drink we wanted. Im sorry, but if I have to wait almost an hour for one taco, I think Taco Bell better be handing these tacos out regardless of the condition of their register. Oh, and to top of this horrible experience, the window popped open and it wreaked of weed. The employees were standing in the store not doing anything and laughing at customers reactions. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell on LaGrange in Frankfort instead.

This Taco Bell is absolutely repulsive. Ive gone there over the years because its close to my work but I will never step foot in this establishment again. Ive waited as long as 23 minutes in the drive through for a small order of two tacos. The taco shells are often crushed when you open the paper they are wrapped in. The customer service is horrible. I recently visited this Taco Bell and my taco was crushed and I was given a deconstructed burrito that was cold and dried up. The meal they gave me was nauseating to say the least.

Going through the drive-through was an absolute nightmare. The teller was horribly responsive and when I asked about a discrepancy in my order on the screen she just disappeared and after a minute or so she told me the same total without fixing the problem. Pulling forward, I receive no reciept(most likely because the order was wrong) and received the wrong food. Very dissatisfied. This is not the first time

This is the slowest "fast food" place. I usually go through the drive thru because it is close to my home. Knowing that the drive thru is usually slow I went inside...seeing these people in action is just despressing. Seriously I think zombies in most movies are faster. They dont care they have a line around the building and a lobby full of people. Pick up your feet a move.

Went today food was cold (not even luke warm ). Cashier didnt even know the menu. I ordered all my items with just meat and cheese, but I guess beans and sour cream must be considered meat and cheese. I had to remake my food because they just mindlessly make the food, I swear they make the food with their feet sometimes. Sometimes when I come here I wait 20 mins plus.

When they have the proper ingredients, its good taco bell, but twice in the last 2 months they have been out of a key item on the menu. A month ago they were out of 10 inch tortillas. 75% of their menu is burritos and such that use those tortillas. Today they were out of ground beef. How to you run out of the main ingredient of 75% of your menu.

If I could give this store 1 tenth of a star, I would.This is the most poorly managed store I have ever been to and over a 20 minute wait in the drive thru is unacceptable.. The food is always poor quality and horribly put together. I cant put much of the blame on the employees, but poor management is the obvious culprit.

Nacho bell Grande cheesy gordita I like your tacos like dihheria. The dinner was so lit that it lit my digestive system in fire. I think you guys should add pizza to the menu too.I let my friends write this I probably should not let them do this again

Ordered a nacho and 2 quesadillas. The nachos were a bag of completely broken chips (think the scraps of whatever is left thrown in) and the quesadillas werent even cut. Unbelievably lazy and embarrassing. This will be the last time I ever go here.

Could not take a simple order of three number 3 value meals without getting a manager. Then they gave me someone elses food through the drive thru and took it back after I opened it and still have it to the customer at the counter.

Everytime we go to this Taco Bell we have to wait 15-30 minutes just for our order. Its always such a long wait, that it isnt even worth going to anymore. And more times then not, your food is lukewarm when you get it.

Holy God slowest drive thru of all time, and this is 1 pm on Sunday. Only 2 cars ahead of me and Ive been here for 20 minutes and still waiting. I usually dont regret taco bell until after eating.

If you have a lot of time to wait then eat here Ive been waiting in the drive thru almost 15 minutes. Slowest service possible and the line of cars stretches around the bend. Horrible
