On September 1, 2016 at approximately 10:20 pm, I went through with my great granddaughter and myself. We were already tired from being in the Sprint store for phones and to come through Sonic was the end of ALL ends. The young lady taking the order didnt seem to understand what I was ordering; #9 CRISPY Chicken sandwich COMBO and #12-12 Buffalo wing COMBO (Order one and get one FREE). It took longer than it should have. My order was $20.03. I paid and got all the way home to Robbins, only to find that 1. We only had one order of fries; 2. I was served GRILLED chicken instead of CRISPY; 3. With the Buffalo Wings, we didnt get the FREE ORDER. After finding all this out, I tried calling twice, to no avail. I, personally, will NEVER go to Sonics again. TERIBLE SERVICE!!!

We living in a society where I guess people just dont want to work no more. Never really cared for Sonic but its one directly across from my job. Decided that go and food turned out good such as,sundaes, mozzarella sticks, & French toast. I go today and was crunching for time because my store must open @ 10 on the dot. I arrived in drive thru @ 9:47. Waited 2 minutes for order to be taken then another 8 minutes before having to pull off because had to be @ work. As I make it across to my job, the lady in front of me was still sitting there she literally didnt pull off until 10:02. Wow so drive thru minutes dont mean anything anymore I see. Mad because my mouth was watering for those French toast.

I wish I can give the sonic a zero star because I ordered a medium strawberry limeade and a small cheese fry waited 10 minutes to get my fries and when she gives it to me It wasnt even fresh so I told her I didnt wait 10 minutes to get some old ass fries so I want some fresh fries and she said OK its going to be three minutes so I waited not three minutes another 15 minutes It wasnt even fresh so I told her I didnt wait 10 minutes to get some old ass fries so I want some fresh fries and she said OK its going to be three minutes so I waited not three minutes another 15 minutes and it wasnt even fresh they just put extra cheese on it to make it extra hard I will never ever come here in my life

The food was semi-decent, but it took so long to get to my car that I was able to finish 3 games of solitaire. After I finished eating I wanted to order another hotdog for the ride home, so I went to the drive-thru. The drive-thru machine doesnt even work, so I decided to pull forward, because they might just be taking orders at the window. When I got up the window I sat there for at least 5 for them to open the window and take my order, but they never did. This will be the last time that I am ever coming to this disgraceful sonic.

They ALWAYS get our order wrong. This location lacks adult leadership on the inside. However, my experience with the majority of the servers has been most pleasurable. The servers seem to know more than those on the inside. Oh, to mess up an order then toss it in the trash is so wasteful. There are too many hungry people to be throwing food in the trash. Get it together people. I know you can do it. Thanks.

Horrible. 20 minute or more wait. Terrible service, you must have an infinite amount of patience and time. Everything about the place is horrible. 20 minutes waiting on order. The owners are trash, cause its been a steady decline for awhile and they wont correct. I last visited this location a year ago and a year later, I decided to stop in and its worse. Trash. Skip, skip, skip.

If it wasnt for the drinks being delicious the rating would be 1 star. Service is absolutely horrible, ordered food and missing some, never came and had to go to the door after 10 mins to get it. Previous visit sat at the drive thru for 15 mins and no one took my order so pulled to the window and the employee gave me an attitude.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! I ordered a chili dog , what I got was a hot dog with ( no kidding ) 3 beans and a tablespoon of chili. The manager said since I complained ,she would " double the chili " when it came back it had the EXACT amount of beans and chili. I would rather eat the money than eat at this sonic.

The food is great but the service is horrible. Management should either update the business hours or hire employees that are able to tell time. The business hours state that they close at 2am but I went through the drive thru around 11pm and was told that they were closed with no further explanation.

Had lg chili cheese tots lg rootbeer ,corndog, 2 chili cheese dog,regular tots,delux burger we need a sonic in Indiana nw Lake county poter county. You would have alot more service and we would save gas!! Great place would go few times week if we had one.

On July 1 2016 1150PM the lady at the drive thru refused to serve myself and three cars behind me claiming they were closed. The open sign was still on. Laziness at its worst. Please fire this incompetent employee.

This place is terrible. Customer service skills are aweful i work right across the parking lot and i would much rather drive to another location than to eat here. The people are extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Disgusting! The food was awful, my burger was cold and the toppings were almost frozen and swimming in mayonnaise. We waited for so long and the service was very slow and rude... 30dls wasted. Never again!

I have never had an issue with the food but the service could definitely be better. If there will be a long wait, you should tell people ahead of time. Unless you are Portillos service has to be fairly quick

Very slow, charges wrong prices during specials, tends to get orders wrong all the time. Constantly have to repeat yourself and they still get the order wrong. Employees tend to have attitudes as well.

Ordered a shake and was told the ice cream machine was down. After paying for my order one of the employees came out and told us there wasnt any bacon for my sonic double bacon cheeseburger
