Doesnt even deserve one star. We went through there round 1130 pm tonight, order the new crispy chicken combo and a whopper cheese combo and was given cold old disgusting food. The fries were cold and a brown color from sitting out so long... discard time is after ten or 15 mins..... my chicken was cold as well, bit into it and there was no warmth at all. Called and spoke with Dawn and she copped an attitude with me like it was my fault that her and her workers handed out very old food. Will be calling their corporate office first thing in morning. As Im tying this weve been sitting for 15 mins waiting for new "fresh" food.....

The "manager" bagged it and forgot half of my order and the half that was in the bag was completely wrong. I didnt think fast food was hard, I never go to this Burger King in the first place and now Im just reminded why. Also, "manager" protested about what was bagged when I had it sitting out in front of me and was very rude.

The new drink dispensers inside are horrible to use, and were out of Coke. Staff only filled my glass half full when asked to from the drive-in dispenser. Dangerous road access back to IL 157. There are better fast food choices in this area.

Went through the drive thru early sunday morning. Quickly greeted and able to order. You can get burgers and fries anytime of day as long as you are willing to wait. We did wait but it wasnt for long. Good BK.
