The drive thru line was a 30 min wait, went inside because I sat so long in the drive thru- people were backing up and driving away behind me. I ordered a 7-layer burrito for my veggetarian wife and it wasnt in the bag (of course I didnt check till I got home), I ordered a Baja freeze and they gave me a Mountain Dew baja blast drink instead of a freeze, my XXL steak burrito was cold in the middle when eating, no hot sauce in bag...then I try to call the location and it never stops ringing- cant even get a solution. Will never visit this location unless management gets better- hopefully this was just an off night...

Im from ky. My husband and i ate there1/11/17. The boy at the cashier was rude not friendly. Got the nasty food they forgot to give me my drink cup went up to get cup asked for my cup girl that was behind counter was only 4steps from cups and hollerd at Boy who was in dining room talking to fat girls to come all the way back up to give he a cup.. He comes up almost forgets and grabs a cup and slams it down on counter.. Rude mean intemidating people all of you should be fired!!! And you should be ashamed of yourself!! Kim lex ky... Suck it employees at this taco bell!!! . ..

I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and they gave them to me with no chicken...then when I went back to get it fixed I had to wait for 20 minutes only for them to give me 2 quesadillas with no sauce...after another 10 minute wait I finally got what I ordered. I couldnt understand why they had such a difficult time completing such a simple task. I LOVE Taco Bell but I wont be returning to this one.

Worst fast food experience EVER. I will never go there again. 7 people working (????) and it took forever to get my food. And then the order was wrong. By then I felt so threatened that I just left. But not before having to remind them that I had not paid. That made them mad all over again.

Just passing through and decided to dine in. Food was nice and hot... absolutely PERFECT! The new airheads blue raspberry freeze is amazing. My Mexican pizza and nachos were how they should be - packed and filled with hot deliciousness! Hope this remains consistent!

Food was horrible had to wait for ever! Asked for extra creamy jalapeno on the quesadilla and didnt get it then the guy wanted to argue with me when I asked for extra them to give me a cup after all I paid 30 cents for it. Place was clean but food was not good

Service was alright. The cashier wasnt rude but also didnt seem to care about being friendly or welcoming. Had no problem with my order and got the food quickly, and it was great. The large lids were loose on the large cups though.

This place is HORRIBLE... how do you accidentally put 6 hot sauce packets in a Mexican pizza and close the lid... the m.o.d.. is just as bad as the employees... will never return!!!
