We eat here quite a bit when we are working in the area. Normally the service is friendly and the food is great. However after tonight Im giving it 3 stars. I called in an order and when I arrived I stood there waiting while 3 employees stared at me. Finally a girl came out and handed me a side salad (which I had to tell her to make) and a bag with 1 box. I told her my order couldnt be right so she told me to check it. Yep only thing right was the side said I had just told her to make. Now more I just obviously opened someone elses food right? They put the box I touched back for the right customer. Gross. Then as she checks other boxes she give me my order and I had to remind her I got a drink with my order which they still had to make. At that point Im in a hurry to get back to work. I should have looked again. No salad dressing for the salad and the grits I ordered with no butter were drowning in butter. I think tonights shift needs to focus more on their jobs and customer service than horsing around. Like I said weve been here alot and this is the first time weve had a bad experience so we will go back but I just hope the service is better.

My wife and I are currently sitting at our table and we ordered an hour ago. We still have not received our food nor the refill on our drinks I asked for 20 minutes ago. They are not that busy and there are currently 7 tables that have not been cleaned off. Our waitress told a family with 2 small children that there would be a 45 minute wait on their food. They barely made in the door when she said this!!! I am tired of our waitress apologizing for how long it is taking. This absolutely ranks in the top 3 worst dining experiences we have ever had. Very disappointed...what a joke!

Sunday 1230pm - after our visit we nicknamed our male waiter "turtle" - he had no sense of urgency to wait on us, and we never saw a smile on his face. He never asked how our drinks were doing, how the food was, or if he could away our plates. Food was good and price was fair. We did finally get a coffee refill from a roaming waitress. If I return Ill see if I can get a different person to wait on us. Huddle House may want to look at waiter staff training as a priority.

I would not even give it a star but I HAVE to give it the ONE..I was really really aggravated awaiting 30 mins to be not be acknowledged, or served! I got to watch customers come in after me only to be ignored while newer customers were tended to before me, even offered our order to waitress, who still did not even take order! If you dont want my money then Hardees is right down the road!!

Hours are not correct. Walked in at 8:55pm... thinking they closed at midnight. As me and my family walked in the staff glared at us until we sat down. Then they decided to tell us they close at 9:00pm and we told them about the hours on the website here and they did not seem to care at all. Staff was extremely rude and would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst dining experience I have had in the last 5 years! it took 45 minutes to get food out and then the order was wrong. then what followed was a travesty! uncooked grits, uncooked biscuits and gravy.. the sausage was raw in the gravy... red raw! New cook and we have always had a good experience here... not tonight! Ugh!

Forgot half our order. Never apologized when it took 15 more minutes to get a waffle. When we arrived every table that wasnt occupied except one by door was dirty. To top it off they wouldnt allow us to do the waffle as an add on which others waitresses have aways advised was cheaper and done. Now say its because of coupon.

Its the only thing not gas station food I can reach in time for breaks at work and Im always late back. Everything from steak to appetizers takes way to long to cook. I try to call ahead of time but the phone is always busy. The food is hot but you could make the same caliber food at home to taste better.

Food and waitress was outstanding. But the TV sucked. The close caption was stuck on just one sentence. Waitress days it had been like that for months. Volume off, close caption stuck. The owner is a cheap SOB who does care about the customer but his pockets. I will not ever step in here again.

We got here at 1215, its more 115, our waitress still hasnt acknowledged us. Someone else took our order, food still not here. They are apologetic, but over an hour....its usually pretty good here. I wont be coming at peak times again though. I have a very hungry, very crabby baby now.

Just found out they used appliance installers to wire the facility. With all the hacking of info today ILL STEER CLEAR. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. A brand new Loves was just completed 4 miles away (exit 27). Certified scales, clean facility, FRIENDLY STAFF.

The general manager (Natalie) is straight out rude. Her son is the shift leader( Micah) is very rude as well. Every person I know that has worked there, quit because they yell at them for the most ridiculous things. Not professional what so ever.

One of the most disorganized and unfriendly places I have been to. Went in to place a to go order and waited for 10 minutes with the waitress just walking by me. Will never recommend or stop in again. Didnt even want to give 1 star.

This place was great! Its a mix between Red Robin, Sonic and Dennys. Great service and a wide variety to choose from: breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The price was also reasonable. A nice place to go when you are vacationing.
