I went to Popeyes about a week a ago and it was horrible. I ordered my food and waited. I had waited a fuc**** hour! I was so mad and was not very happy about it. I told the workers that I didnt got my food and they passed my order. I had to wait another 15 minutes and finally had my food. But What I was also mad was that they just gave it and didnt even say sorry. Not even sorry! I was suspecting maybe I can get some coupons or something for the time I waited. One time when I went to Taco Bell, I waited 15 minutes and they said sorry and gave me the food for free. I was really mad and disappointed that the workers at Popeyes didnt even said sorry! The only good thing though is the chicken. It was very fresh and hot. Other than that Im never gonna come back until their service becomes more better. Thats is my review.

They suck totally...i used to eat here all the time but something is always wrong with my order.....the last time i ate here i got all the way home and my order was all wrong....i called back up to complain and the manager on duty was very rude and unhelpful...this popeyes is a complete rip off....paid for food we didnt get and the manager on duty couldnt do nothing to help...20 bucks the down drain....with no compensation...Never eating at this world wide business again...Never....No other popeyes either. LOSING BUSINESS CUZ WE LIKE YALL BUT NOT WILLING TO PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HIGH ON THEIR PRIORITY LIST.

Its like there tenders are now shaved off the bird lol.....red beans n rice gross...no mac n cheese no honey...no sparkle...no half off Tue............the changes are awful!!!!!!!! N on top of all the customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!! Rude loud obnoxious service ppl...and the biscuits was stail..........SMH used to love popppyessssss.......not anymore...Ill be going to kenosha for my Popeyes

I love popeyes but this time the chicken was a little over cooked but i kinnda think that was the customers falt before us because she kept saying her chicken was pink but she clearly was trying to get her meal free and a free meal for next time wich she got it. So popeys keep doing what you do but pleas pleas pleas bring back your mac& cheese , and when you had it we ate there alot more so F.Y.I.

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes. When I finally got to the window there was ONE guy working hard and THREE that were standing around with their nasty dirty shirts untucked flirting with each other and completely ignoring the customers. I could have had a nice sit down dinner elsewhere for the time it took to get one chicken tender meal...

Was there January 31 early afternoon. Ordered a 21 piece special. The young lady that took our order was more than polite and EXTREMELY helpful! It was a delight coming to her store. Burger King (Douglas Ave) should come and take lessons on customer service. Keep up the great work! Oh, the chicken, regular and spicy, was awesome.

Apparently under new management . They dont have half the items on the menu , waited 20minutes damm near for my food and only 2 people ahead of me in drive thru . Very disappointed cause this is my favorite spot in Racine . Hope the new management pulls it together , cause this location gets a lot of business

Absolutely terrible. Waited over a hour in drive thru with only 6 cars in front of me. Then after a hour I get to the window to pay and they say there out of biscuits for 10 minutes. So I wait for the biscuits and they took 25 minutes to bring my order out. A hour and a half for 10 pieces of chicken!!!

I waited 15 minutes for my order, while all the customers who came after me were served before me. Once I got my order, and got home to check it, one of my dinners was missing two strips of chicken. Very disappointed. How hard is it to make chicken dinners correctly?

Since the change in ownership, everything has gone downhill. Ive been in the drive thru line with only two cars ahead of me for over 25 minutes and still dont have my 2 pc chicken. Smh. Sooooo slow. I just hope my order is fresh n correct at the very least...

It took 22 minutes for 12-piece family meal and they still got our sides wrong. The lady said they were out of condiments didnt say thank you,sorry for the wait, nor goodbye. She just gave us our food and shut the window. I wasted my $32

Customer service is so inconsistent. Employees were lounging around while i was waiting in the drive thru for 8 minutes( no line in sight ) They never even acknowledge me. I wont recommend this place to no one.

This Popeyes is always slow and often gives you the wrong food. Every time I come here I challenge the workers to get my order right and I tell them to "stop trippin" . They never do.

This Popeyes is in a low income area that when operated by the former owner had lower prices and half off tuesdays. The newer owner has raised prices and eliminated half off tuesdays.
