I would rate this better, but after my last order, I almost feel the need to give it 1 star. I have a very specific order, I have had pretty much the same order for over a year. I assume the guy that worked with me and took my order (that is in fact cheaper to put together than the original order so I am saving THEM money) quit or got fired, because the guy that answered the phone this last time was a jerk. He told me I was lying, that I never had a customized order on my account, and then argued with me. I finally got them to take my order and they decided to be rude the rest of the phone call. We usually spend $60-$120 every couple of weeks here and the attitude of the guy killed it for me. Their food is good, but not worth being called a liar and being treated like I am ignorant over. Delivery driver was nice though. UPDATE: 1/7/14 I was starving and craving chinese food, so I decided to give this place another try. He laughed it off, even though he had to take my payment information twice. He took my order without argument, even my weird substitution. I am going to give back my original 5 stars, because this place deserves it, as long as the guy before this review doesn’t work there, or at least doesn’t answer the phone anymore...

I moved into the Hood a few months back not too far from this local. Spent my last dollar getting this place cause have 4 dogs so needed a fenced in yard and big house. Anyways the point is my Motha said Dad would order me food anywhere I chose that were able to deliver to me. I chose.. Great Wall! Pepper steak, General Tsos chicken, crab ragoons dos order, fried rice, egg rolls and hot & spicy soup. Extra spicy on everything! Food was legit tasting, warm and quantity. Bout to order shortly cause it raining for once in Clarksvegas and I aint trying to get acid rain on my skin ya feel me lol. ~ #weathermodificationprograms

Wow me and family order here a couple times a month drop over a 100 a month just called to order food guy told me wait over an hour. This did not bother me.told me it was highly suggested I pick food up cause he had a blown tire told him I thought I was going to try someone else tonight a,blown tire is not my problem this is a business that offers a service and should have more than one driver. But they must be doing good cause the guy was like OK when I said I was going elsewhere. Wont be coming back need to work on customer service and services they offer bye.

Only place in Clarksville Tennessee where you can get flavor tossed full sized chicken wings. They dont advertise it but they should. I always order the terryaki tossed chicken wings and I gotta say they are amazingly exquisite and just downright delicious. Im gonna try General Saos flavor and lemon pepper one day. YUM!!!! Price is great too!! Only complaint is that sometimes the orders are misunderstood but all you gotta do is check ur food for correctness. Any deficiency and they will fix it on the spot:)

Called around 5:20 to order. Ordered two combinations, small hot and sour soup, and two orders of crab Rangoon. They said it would take and hour to an hour and twenty minutes. Understandable for dinner time. I said not a problem. Twenty minutes later I get a knock on the door. SUPER FAST! SUPER GOOD! My husband is very picky with crab Rangoon and he says it it "bomb" Thank you for making our 2 year anniversary a little more pleasant on this long work day/rainy day :)

This is my second time coming here. I ordered two combination platters and didnt want rice so I placed it with something else and got a large side. It somehow cost me $31. This doesnt even make sense. So then as Im waiting for food, two employees are sagging their pants and their underwear are showing. Not to mention one employee started arguing with his boss about how he always get off at a later time than hes supposed too. Very unprofessional staff.

I placed an order online and receive a confirmation number. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the first number on the site 552-8033 which didnt work. An hour after placing the order I found a working number and was told, after being passed through 3 employees, that my order hadnt been entered and wouldnt be charged. The man was rudely curt and didnt offer help or an apology. Terrible customer service.

They are over priced and dont give you much for your money. They charge me for a combination but put the rice in my meal trys to go. Like wtf you cant put it in its own box and you limit what little meat I get. I only got my two tray that where small but considered, "large" and two eggs rolls in my combo for 17.42 which was very upsetting and not to mention the food wasnt very great.

The BEST Chinese take-out in Clarksville. The food is amazing, its ready fast, and the portions are very generous. Please ignore the reviewer Britney, who thinks that 2 freshly made Chinese platters and a large side should cost the same as her McDonalds food and thinks that bagging pants somehow affected her service. If you want great Chinese food, come here. Thank me later.

Ive been eating there for 5+ years & havent found another place in the area that can match the quality of both service & food as well as the value & quickness your food is ready. 10 minutes after ordering I can leave home & my fresh, delicious food will be ready when I get there.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered some lemon crispy chicken and it took over a hour for delivery. On top of that it wasnt even lemon chicken. Was just like sweet and sour chicken but with a sad excuse for lemon sauce. Not how lemon chicken is made at all. Never will order from them again.

The delivery guy was very nice, there was a lot of food, and we didnt get sick so thats good. The food was greasy though, not fresh (like it was frozen and/or reheated or just sat around too long), and lacking the correct flavors and textures, we will not be getting food from here again.

I just ordered 2/27/2017 ordered honey chicken and crab rangoons and there was a bug in my food. Ive ordered from this place before and it was all right but legit there was a bug in my food. Im 8 months prego and I fed this food to my 4 yr old. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

called for delivery, were in a new neighborhood so I was trying to explain where we live (13 minutes from the restaurant) and the woman stated we were too far away... so disappointed, I have a baby napping and Im so craving chinese food!
