The Good: pizza at this taylor street is very solid. double dough is what I would recommend. The Bad: Service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Team who answers the phones is rude and ill mannered and gets the orders wrong on occassion. Very unprofessional and argumentative. Its a shame because the pizza is quite good. Perhaps this will change in the future, but for now I would stay away. Too many options with pizza places that will make you feel like your business is actually appreciated.

Taylor Street Pizza is pretty darn good pizza, and we love The half price Pizza on Tuesdays. And Im sorry I dont believe the homophobe, or your bug in your food review. Ive never had any problems with their food, and Ive picked up pizza there too. Ive spent some time at Dundee Middle School when theyve ordered lots of Pizzas for delivery, and I hadnt heard any complaints from anybody, nobodies perfect, but those accusations are so over the top, its not believable in my opinion.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I strongly suggest they re-evaluate their service levels. My poor experience was with Sara their manager. Ive left multiple messages for the owner (Sean) to call so I can talk to him about my experience and I have yet to hear from him. I should of listened to my wife and avoided Taylor Street but instead everyone just ended up being frustrated. Understand, you are not the only pizza shop in the area so dont take your customers forgranted.

Pretty disappointed in our purchase. Calling to order was a hassle the person who took the order put us on hold twice and then didnt know one of the items on their own menu....Ordered two pizzas and they both came cold and the middle of the pizza was almost raw dough and bland no flavor . The extras we got werent anything special either. For $46.00 worth of food we didnt touch more than a bite or two. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did.

Marvelous! Pizza is one of our favorite foods to eat once in a while. Taylor Street Pizza is by far our favorite place to eat pizza because we believe it is the best tasting one. We have also learned to LOVE their salads, theyre great to bring home with a pizza. (Made with fresh ingredients) This location is very clean. The cashiers are very friendly and willing to help & accommodate your needs.

Dont ask for deep dish. Exact opposite of what deep dish should be. The cheese is on top and theres way too much of it and not enough sauce. Also way too greasy. Only got it because giordanos wont deliver to me and lous doesnt deliver.

Great pie, good prices, and never a service issue. Staff has always been friendly and the order has always been right. I order from here regularly and occasionally get slices over lunch.

I like the fact you get free delivery before 3pm and you can have the slices part of that delivery. Never had an issue with them even when I order other food besides pizza slices.
