I love this sub shop! I think theyre not in a very good location so many ppl dont know about them and thats unfortunate. The flavor of the sandwiches is awesome and everything always tastes fresh. I am a vegetarian so this place has a couple great options that are 100 times better than other local sub places. I almost always get the artichoke with mushrooms and its delicious. Their fries are fresh cut and always hot. I knocked one star off bc the past few times Ive been here, service has seemed a little slow. I watched a guy walk out without his fries bc they took too long and he was NOT happy... seemed like the staff didnt know how to handle that. I thought they just should have refunded his order right then and there and avoid having negative reviews or impressions like Im writing right now. But alas, it is what it is. Ill still be back. A lot.

This was my first time and i will never come back. First the young lady taking my order seemed so annoyed that i was ordering and kept asking me "is that it" after everything i ordered. She was rolling her eyes and just seemed very rude. After I paid I had to add ro my order and that just meased everything up. I ordered several COLD subs and all of them came out hot.

I came here once to order a sandwich for my boyfriend. First, this place is employed by a bunch of clueless teenagers. Second, no one wears gloves (including the manager). One moment the manager is helping someone make a sandwich and in the next moment he is helping someone check out a customer while cross contaminating everything in the process.

My first visit and fell in love with the fresh cut fries. The ingredients for the Sub are freshly made which makes the sub taste better than elsewhere. And the fresh cut potato fry was the winner with crispy natural taste without any preservatives. Overall a great place to be for Lunch, I will recommend to anyone.

The best place to get a sandwich, hands down!!! Puts Jersey Mikes and Jimmy Johns to shame! I couldnt believe how good their sandwichs were! The fresh cut fries are a must, along with their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Great food at a great price!

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is great and the staff is so friendly. I used them to cater some of my meetings and the food was fresh, tasty, and ready on-time. My staff FELL IN LOVE with the cookies!!! I will be back for sure!!

Best Sandwiches in the world!! I absolutely love the grilled Italian. Fresh fries and lemonade are amazing too, and if you save any room they have fantastic chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Delicious! My family loved to eat there when we lived in Cincinnati, where it originated. We were so glad to see it come here. When my son visits from GA, he always has to go to Penn Station.
