New years eve and im not a happy camper. I get it (i worked in the food industry for a few years) its a holiday and youre butt hurt that you have to spend the night at work with slim to non customers and youre over staffed wondering what jerk decided to put you on for the night. I totally get it, but seeing that youre S.O.L and are stuck there regardless of your feelings it would be nice if your food didnt taste and look like garbage. Ive gone here for years but on this particular (young adult staffed) night my expectations were not met. My salad is drenched in dressing to the point where i cannot eat it. A chicken Cesar salad is not rocket science guys and if i had the ingredients i would of made it myself if id known it was gonna look and taste like crap. Ill be complaining in the morning when peo pl le who take customer service more seriously and i either want my salad done right or $$ back for it.

Got the wrong order, charged me way too much... I was offered a $3 credit for my troubles? Honestly, its like REALLY? I explained the whole issue to someone who answered, they rudely cut me off and put the manager on the phone just for him to ask me again... Im like dude, I just explained this. Hes like oh, I know... I can offer you a $3 credit... At the least you can round it dude. I shouldnt have been charged additional money (which was more than $3) in the first place... Just petty. I used to eat there on the time but my biggest peeve is bad customer service. No apologies, no empathizing... go back to training or work the cashier... No manager/people skills here.

Worst experience ever. Waitress was an idiot with poor communication skills. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took over 30 min to get our food. When it finally came out, she forgot my order. She ordered it and I thought it would come out fast. Other large parties were all getting their food. My party had finished by the time my simple burger was done. Talked with the manager who was also an idiot. He could care less and the waitress never apologized. I ended up not eating and pissed. Would never return to this mess of a restaurant!

This place is terrible. Every time We have gone something gets messed up with our order from forgetting ranch/blue cheese to having me drive all the way there told our carry out order wasnt in the system when I get home I call to make sure I called in to the right place and sure enough I did and they had my order entered incorrectly. I tell the girl at the front desk great now I have to drive back and my food will be cold to which she responded well we do have your food. Hire people that dont rush to do things its counter productive.

Honestly i love wings, but i have never been to a buffalo wild so unorganized. I have gone to this location three times. First, the wings were extremely saggy and cold. Second, we ordered traditional wings and we received boneless. Today, i gave them another chance and again the wings had way too much sauce they were dripping. I finally complained to the manager Jeremy. Jeremy responded in a rude way and totally disregarded my comment on the wings. I personally dont recommend this restaurant unless you want an unpleasant time.

this place is hit or miss most of the staff is rude and not kind in anyway which is sad because this place should have a lay back and chill atmosphere there lucky that i was calm and respectful around my kids but i hope next vist will be better because if not i will be calling corporate asap............... if the servers do not like there jobs....... well i hear amazon is hiring smh choose a different direction in life and stop making the customers lifes hard when we spend hard earned money to have a good time

It took more than 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. They were not busy at the time. While sitting waiting for a server we noticed most of the tables were dirty. There was 4 servers cleaning tables instead of actually serving tables. Two tables were seated after us and also waited 10 minutes or more to be seen. A waiter passed by and actually got drinks for us and was very pleasant even though we were not sitting in his section. We did receive our food quickly and service after that was better.

Terrible service again!!!After waiting for refills of our drinks for 20 minutes our food got cold and wanted to leave. It took almost another 20 minutes to get the check. But after the check was given it was all super good service and "can I get you this or that". Funny how all they want is a good tip..sorry not this time. The manager saw I was upset with the service and NEVER ONCE SAID ANYTHING TO ME! Ill drive farther to other BWW before returning to this one.

So disappointing. They made 2 of 5 meals incorrectly. They then remade those and made 1 of them wrong again. We just decided to take mine to go since everyone else had already finished eating. Seems they just scraped off the incorrect sauce. Thats not ok, as I cannot eat spicy foods because my airway swells shut when I do. I also found a piece of plastic bag in my sandwich. Sigh.

Weve always had great timely service while dining in or for carry out. I always order the 8 boneless wings with the Asian Zing sauce. Its by far the best wing sauce Ive ever had. My husband loves the cheeseburger with cheese curds on it, the tacos, and we both enjoy every appetizer weve tried. If you dont prefer hot foods they have plenty of dry rubs and sauces for all palates.

I called to place an order while on my way there. The guy put me on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up and went in to order. When I got in the guy at the counter was on the phone and proceeded to answer two other phone calls before acknowledging I was there. Unimpressed with the staff up front but the food was great so thanks to the cooks in back.

There is a reason this place has such terrible reviews. The staff is absolutely terrible. They mess something up and act like its your fault. And when you try to talk to the manager about it they are just as bad. So when you try and fix your order they want to charge you for the order they screwed up and your new order. do not go here

This place is poorly managed just like the other B-dubs. It seems like they hire anybody that fills out a job application. The staff always messes up my order and then they proceed to blame me for the mistake! A big round of applause to the manager for making sure everybody has a enjoyable experience there. *facepalm*

The bartender, Jessica, does a great job. Keep it up! Keep the customers happy and theyll keep coming back. Jessica helped me resolve an issue that should have been caught earlier. Her attitude and hospitality should be the standard that all Buffalo Wild Wings aims for. Nicely done!
