I have tried most of the new burger places in the area including Smash Burger, Rev Burger, etc - but by far this was the worst experience Ive had with any of them. The store was freezing inside when I visited, and there were not too many people there. I was able to immediately place my order for a cheeseburger and small fry. Ill note that when you place your order, the person at the register will tell the grill how many beef patties to put down. I grab some of the free peanuts, my drink and sit down while they make my burger. At least its fresh! Apparently though, the help isnt so .. helpful. Even though there were just 3 people ahead of my in the order queue, they somehow "lost" my order. It wasnt until 10 min that I had to ask what was taking so long, and only then did they remember me. It took 20 min to get my simple order. Unacceptable. The quality of the food was to be expected, nothing outstanding though. The burger was OK, but a bit big and messy. Because they rushed my order after I had to ask them about it, the fries were undercooked and not that good. Give the number of other niche burger places in the area, I dont think I will be visiting this one again.

Everything is made to order. While the menu is essentially just burgers, dogs, and fries the ways you can customise then is endless. All the needed toppings are available (lettuce, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, etc.) but you can also get mushrooms, green peppers, and other things that may not immediately come to mind. The fries are where its at. You can order then extra crispy of youd like. Also know that whatever size fry you order will literally be doubled as they always dump a huge amount of bonus fries in the bag. The line can get a little long but Ive found if you have more than for people in front of you, the back is to order on your phone via the Five Guys website. Your order goes through, walk to the pickup area to let them know you are there, and you can get your food quicker than waiting in line.

What the hell 15 bucks for a burger, fries and a drink for 1 person? Never had this and never will again. I could go to many other sit down restaurants and have a full meal that gives me a more balanced meal for 2 bucks more

This is another five guys joint. Consistent with the quality and taste of other five guys. The reason I like this location is how friendly and quick the service is. Always smiling and happy employees keep me coming back
