We got to the restaurant and the hostess was not at the stand rushed us not confirming how many people we had. She didnt grab all the menus turned some type of electronic ordering unit towards us mumbled something and walked away. The only positive part was we had a very nice waitress. To continue be careful eating here!! My soup had something that cut my gum and back of my throat, I had to get a manager, it was a plastic like material that you couldnt chew I pulled it out of my mouth. The manager wanted to tell me it was an onion? There was no onion in the soup!! Then she proceeded to ask what did I want her to do, SERIOUSLY??? She compt the meal which I couldnt finish, the salad wasnt fresh, they now put some sauce across mozzarella sticks (fettuccine sauce) which tasted horrible. That I could eat since it came before my soup! The manager came up and got my information and gave me her card told me that she would make a report to give to their head company which is in Florida. Then she gave me a $15 gift card "for the next time I visit" I WILL not be returning there EVER again!! The Florida company called me today and said that she will call me next week I have to get into the Dr tomorrow since I still cant eat! Im in shock and disgusted with this whole situation!

The service was not good at all. Ive been to this location before and havent had this bad of a time. We ordered drinks and paid in the bar while waiting to be seated. The bar tender was great and got our drinks and was very cheerful. When seated we told the waitress that we already paid for the drinks, she still put them on the check. We had to order an appetizer twice because she forgot. So because of this the appetizer came just right before the meal. She asked twice if we wanted bread sticks, which we said yes to twice. We had to ask her if we could have the salad we ordered. She said, oh I forgot, and then left our table. She came back but passed our table by to check on a couple other tables and finally came back to us with the salad. A salad plate was dirty so we asked for another one but she never brought one, so we made do with what we had. She forgot the additional drinks we ordered. She seemed to spend way more time at the tables around us than coming to our table. When we told her about the check issues she walked away, wait on another 2 tables, came back and took the check that was wrong. She then took a while to bring the check. Im just in awe and really bummed.

I normally love Olive Garden & consider it a real treat to go there. I ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. Even though there were quite a few shrimps on my plate, Id rather have had 5 big shrimps than those teeny tiny little shrimps for $17.89, I was very disappointed. I shut up like Im sure so many people do & just eat what they are served. But when one of my cousins ordered a steak medium & the other one ordered hers well, they both came well, but my cousin started to eat it anyway, & as we got talking I said you ordered yours medium? She said yes. I said call the waiter & tell him. Not wanting to complain I called him over, already not happy with my shrimps, & said would you call this medium steak? He said No, Ill take it back & make you another one, but she said no thats ok, & I said NO IT ISNT! WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING IT SHOULD COME THE WAY YOU ORDERED IT! They did follow through making her a med rare steak that she could take home, but thats not the point! was seated and there was no peper shaker on the table, salt was half full, and the wine glasses were absolutely filthy. the waitress took 5 minutes to ever come by for a drink order and when she did, i informed her of the filthy glasses, she left them at the table. The "ice tea" was very warm and melted all the ice before i had taken 3 drinks. She never brought me more ice, waited until my glass was completely empty and i had to ask for more tea, which was again warm and she brought no ice. when the salad arrived, i was given a chipped plate that cut my finger, i asked for a new plate and informed her of the issue. she was not sympathetic and took several minutes to get a fresh plate. when the main entree arrived, she stood there and asked how it was, i politely said, "Im not sure, i have not tasted it yet." she replied with, "good." to which she then disappeared, it was apparent that she didnt care or listen to what i said. overall, i am very dissatisfied with my visit and will not be back. i wish i could give less than one star for this restaurant.

Great service, great staff, though horrible experience. I ordered the Lasagna classico while my girlfriend ordered the Make it yourself pasta. The food was tasty. I had the chili soup for a side with my entree while she had a salad. The same night, my girlfriend and I both experienced symptoms of food poisoning, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, and so on. There is no doubt that it was from our dinner there, taken that we ate nothing else after. We are unsure at the moment if we wish to take this into further hands. But one thing is for sure, we will never be eating at olive garden ever again; not just this location, but any location. Update: I ate my (ex) girlfriend out for the first time that night, thus being the reason I got sick. The food was great!

We preordered a pick up several hours before on Valentines day to bring home for a in valentines day dinner, but when we arrived at the agreed pick up time our order was missing!!! And it was not just us, there were several people ahead of us whos orders could not be found! If you like Olive Garden go to any location, but this one. It will tarnish your feelings about the restuarant chain! Are Valentines dinner was ruined and at the very least they should have offered to compensate us with a free advertiser for all the trouble, but no, they wanted us to wait and pay full price!!! The most aggravated I have been in a long while!!!

My mother went today and purchased 2 salad dressing bottles which she uses to cook. When she arrived home she had seen that they had sold her expired salad dressing. She then called the restaurant but all they could say is sorry about the incident.This makes my family and I believe that they have been serving us and other customers expired food as well as serving that same expired dressing on the salads when customers eat. If they dont bother to check when their inventory expires then what other food do they not check to see if it has been expired? Completely DISGUSTING.

I came to olive garden with my family of 16 for my little cousins birthday. I was treated like a child and given a baby cup, and the salmon had barely anything other then broccoli and the salmon had the skin left on it. Also the smell of the restaurant gave me a terrible headache, and the servers were not very attentive leaving my group with no drinks or food for almost an hour they were low on staff for how many people were at the restaurant and STILL waiting to sit down. I will never come here again and I will NOT recommend this place to people.
