About 10 minutes ago I walked into this Olive Garden and waited a minute to be greeted by three women standing there, but that never happened. Since we werent event greeted, we figured that we would just go up and ask to be seated for three and how long the wait would be but as soon as I started walking closer to the lady at the door she looked at me and said it will just be a minute. Not even a minute after she said this to me before I could even get a word out a group of people came in and she helped them right away. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated before I could even speak to the employee. Sad to say I get treated better at fast food places than I did at this Olive Garden.

Ever wanted to spend the night clutching the pearly throne, thinking back fondly on your meal? Come on down to Olive Garden, Bloomington IL. Our chicken isnt undercooked, its "a different kind of chicken" according to the manager. One of those kinds of chicken that doesnt need cooked, apparently. So different in fact that its bright pink when fully cooked. Want your steak medium? Good luck! Heres a near-blue chunk of steak, chews like a truck tire and hasnt seen a thermometer in its life. So remember, when its 3 in the morning and your backside is doing its best impression of a Vegas fountain, at least the breadsticks are free.

Service was incredibly slow. When my sister and I finally got our drinks after 20 minutes the glass broke and spilled all over me. The waitress and her helper stood there saying how weird it was the glass just broke as my sister and I cleaned up the mess. Then while we were waiting for our food one of the hostesses literally had her hand wedged way down the back of her pants more than once. She even seated guests still touching the silverware before washing her hands. Incredibly disgusting and unsanitary. Worst experience of my life.

Today we went to Olive Garden for the first time ever. I have to give special thanks to our hostess and waitress. Our waitress was Bekah she was an amazing girl with kindness promptness and the most impeccable smile. I also would like to thank the manager Anna who came to our table and was just amazing as well she treated us with a generous smile and conversation. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here. Our food was not omly generous proportion it was nice and hot. !Absolutely loved our experience.

We were not treated nicely. We have been customers for the last 6 years but this time around no one offered cheese on salad, the salad didnt have any croutons. we had to ask them for refills. It just didnt seem the place that we used to love so much. Something somewhere is wrong. We were never told that the gaming tabs on table are active as soon as you touch them. Its not the question of 1.99$ but the fact that you are told at the time of billing that it will be charged. Just not right

Im Italian, and what can I say about Olive Garden is that it is about the most Americanized Italian food you can get. You want some real Italian, go somewhere else, but if you are looking for a quick sit-down restaurant that serves well and fast, then go here for the generic italian. Wide varity of things on the menu, and if you go there during lunch-time you can get all-you-can-eat soup, salad and breadsticks for about 5 bucks a person. Nice place overall with a good atmosphere -

Phil the manager came & told us one of the entrees was burnt so it would be an additional 10 or 15 minutes for our food. They made sure we were set with drinks, bread sticks & salad & the service was excellent. Our food came & was excellent. When we went to get the check he told us since the food took so long there was no charge! I certainly didnt expect that. Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I think Olive Garden has really lost its edge over the years. The food is just OK, nothing really great. The last straw for me was the addition of the computer kiosks at all the tables. Those things are fine for fast food restaurants, but seem really out of place and distracting at Olive Garden. I mean who wants to see a greasy screen blinking food suggestions at you while youre trying to have a meaningful conversation?

Over half of the resturant is empty at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. The host and hostess, even with what looks like a manager cant seem to figure out how to get people seated. There are 5 in my party and so far we have waited 20 minutes to get our table that we called ahead for. There are also 3 other groups of people. Chain food, incompetent staff. Go somewhere else if youd like to have dinner.

Was seated right away, and waited for 15 minutes before deciding to take our business elsewhere. There was another couple seated a few moments after we were and they received service. Its a real disappointment since today was my wifes birthday, and we were finally able to get a babysitter a few hours, and the olive garden was her first choice to go eat.

This was an old favorite during our college years, but the prices jumped significantly since then for anything other than the rotating advertised specials like never ending pasta. Now that we have kids, however, were finding they love it and their meals are reasonably priced and devoured. Wait staff are always friendly and present just the right amount.

I called twice to make a reservation for lunch on the date of my 16th birthday and each time I was put on hold for well over 15 minutes before I just decided to give up. I never got to make a reservation and I was extremely disappointed. This restaurant has the WORST costumer service.

Host "Jorge" asked if I was waiting then proceeded to help me groups that walked in behind me. Wasnt until a nicer young lady came up and directed me to the take out counter. I never order take out from here so I didnt know where to go and he seemed to not care at all.

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for special occasions. The servers are always very friendly and helpful. They have the best breadsticks and you can have as many as you want! I love all of the different pasta choices that they have as well.

Absolute horrible experience. We sat for 20 min ... no acknowledgement.... we left and no one made a effort to expedite quality customer service . I will call corporate about this matter . If customer service is unsatisfactory... so is your food .

Nothing special about this one versus the rest of the chain. Amazed its identical to the one in Green Bay they did a good job standardizing the experience. The parking lot is deceiving it looked like it would be busy but it wasnt at all.

Bread sticks were great. Felt the food was a bit bland. We felt like we were being rushed. We were in and out in 20 minutes. The waitress kept bothering us. It is our 9 yr anniversary. Thought it would be better than this. Oh well
