Been here twice. First time was a take-out order. Everything was great. They even gave my boys a tablet to play on while we waited. The second time (Cinco de Mayo and it was nowhere neat busy) was a dine-in experience. The waitress apparently approached our table (it was just me at the table at the time and I didnt even notice that she "approached" the table. Looked more like she walked by, saw I was on the phone, and kept walking) to take our drink order (while I was on the phone getting the drink order from the rest of my group) but walked away while I was on the phone. Okay. No big deal. I get it. My party arrived. We waited about 10 minutes before the manager came to our table to check on how everything was going and to ask if we needed anything. I spoke up about no one coming to get our drink order since I had been there. Which was about 40 minutes by that time. Less than 5 minutes later she came and explained that she didnt want to interrupt me on the phone. She began taking our orders. Everything was fine until she interrupted us the middle of our conversation about something. I found it to be odd seeing how she didnt want to interrupt the phone conversation due to possibly being rude, yet had no problem interrupting us about something non-important while we were dining. Seriously, the question had nothing to do with our bill, meal, or anything relevant as I recall. Despite the dine-in experience with the waitress, I will still be back. Ill just make sure we dont have that same waitress.

I want to give the store a perfect five stars, but for honesty, I simply can not. Dont take that to mean that this isnt a great place, though. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings location is wonderful, in my personal opinion. The management is courteous and engaged in the daily operation of the stores; regularly on the floor and in the kitchen watching both sides of the business to keep things flowing regularly. The servers are mostly (Heres the missing star) polite and engaging. We have regular servers we ask for and enjoy our visits; but like all companies, not everyone is cut out for a particular field. Some of the servers would benefit from a little humility and a few kind words in their vocabulary. The bar is fairly well trained, and if you ask for something theyre not aware how to prepare, they will get the correct recipe and make it as long as they have the ingredients stocked. Specials five days a week, a very fun and competitive trivia league hosted on Tuesday nights! Great atmosphere with a challenging task for prizes every week. No reason not to come out and compete! Take the time to try out the location for yourself before taking a bad review to heart. Come on a night you want to watch your team play, and the staff will make sure you see that game if its possible.

There is a variety of beer and and it is very cold. Food is basic the same no matter what Buffalo Wild wings you are at. It is pricy, but I guess you pay for the atmosphere. This time and last time I came here I asked if the had any specials...and both times I got a look that made me feel dumb for asking. Both times it was on a weekend, but I do know a variety of places that offer specials, especially if football is on. No big deal but didnt care to be looked at like a cheap ass or something. Another thing is that the buzztime game they give you to play usually trivia or poker would not connect and let me sign in and I signed in with my phone and the gulfport buzztime online was down or something because I could log onto the Slidell, LA Buffalo wild wings just fine. I asked the lady to help me find poker and she said she never heard of the buzztime games ever being able to play poker. That too is not that big of a deal just made the high price i paid to eat there that less enjoyable. I wont be coming back due to the prices. There are better places to watch the game with better food.

Overrated, to say the least the hostess and the managers were great however we visited on 11/26/16 and our waitress was the pits, she did not come back to refill our drinks, ask is our food ok, let a drink expire at the bar. Then I have never been here I got snack sized boneless wings in sweet bbq sauce and it was horrible absolutely made the worst taste in my mouth the sauce was more like bbq paste with dry rub seasoning in it absolutely nothing sweet or any form of bbq sauce at all, then the chicken was worse than a cafeteria I would have been better off going to Wal-mart and getting some out of the freezer, the prices for quality and quantity gets an "F" next time we will drink and hang out at mugshots.

Huge location. Tons of space. You wont feel claustrophobic here and could definitely bring a big group. Huge portions. We went on a Tuesday for half-price wings and happy hour. We ordered way too much food, not realizing how much you get. Most of the "shareables" are like large entrees so if youre ordering one for yourself, its almost too much food. We fed four people plus drinks for $46 with tons of leftover food. Good service (the server even gave my daughter a free scoop of ice cream). Definitely an inescapable sports theme. If you love sports there are about 50 huge TVs.

If I could rate BWW any less I definitely would!! Our waitress, Kara, basically neglected our table! It took her 30 minutes to bring us a fork, and nearly an hour to bring me my food, which was the wrong order! I ordered chicken tenders and she brought me baked chicken! Then I had to wait another hour until I finally got the correct order, an hour after everyone else finally finished eating! The only good thing about this restaurant was the strawberry lemonade and the fact that I got my meal free after I complained to the manager! Never going back to this BWW location again!

The worst experience of my life. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. We came for Trivia Night, and apparently a group of 40 year old regulars assumed my family was cheating because they were losing. They then had someone come and tell my family that we were assumed of cheating and had the manager come and watch us play for 2 rounds bringing an 11 year old to tears. This is Trivia Night and you are adults. The kind atmosphere is a hoax and this place is not truly family friendly. Letter to the chain owner and general manager has been written.

This place sucks!!! Ive ordered wings from this same location 3 different times, and it kept going downhill each time. The wings were very dry and nonflavorful. We have kept in contact with Ed each time about the visits. He does not listen or really do much to correct the problem. I told him i was sick of spending $42 everytime i go there and leaving with garbage. I demanded my money back and yesterday i received $15 cash in the mail. This guy is a joke, save your money and make them yourself at home or you will be highly disappointed. Shame on you Ed
