I come here all the time and I was in the store waiting for a solid 15 when they put the wrong sauce on. So they fixed it super fast and I smelled and seen the correct sauce so I thought all was good. I just got home from getting my wings and they definitely just put the new sauce over the old sauce it is extremely gross, and at that my wings were cold... they are in the oven heating to proper food temperature as Im typing this.. I want a manager to contact me some how because Im displeased and I want to eventually be a happy returning customer.. I dont spend my hard earned $$$ being duped on sauce flavor and cold wings...they werent even busy!!? HOW DO YOU MESS IT UP???? buuuttt the nice young woman at the desk did her best though!.. kitchen people make everyone else look bad I swear...

Placed an order for pick up. They told me 20 minutes, but I could tell they were busy, so I probably walked in around a half hour after calling. I then waited another 25 minutes for my food. From what I understand this is a new location, so I understand that all of the kinks have not been worked out, but this was ridiculous. The hosts also seemed to be in desperate need of more training. There were three of them standing up front, and not a single person greeted any of the customers walking in. Probably because they were too busy talking to each other. You can definitely tell this is a restaurant staffed by young and inexperienced college kids.

I am very disappointed withat this location. The srevive is poor and take out is even worse. My fiance and I have ordered take out at least 12 times because we recently had our first child. 10/12 of these times I have waited for over 30+minutes after telling the staff I had an order to pick up. Each time every order has been wrong or somthing left out and the food is always cold. I have never had any issues with the empire location or even in peoria. I have talked to a manager each time only to get a "sorry about that". Again, I am very disappointed and will not continue to go to Buffalo Wild wings on main street anymore.

The food is great, but the staff seems very inexperienced; when I order online for carry-out and arrive after the online system said my order should be ready, it shouldnt take as long as it does to get my food to me, especially when there are five employees at the front of the store and four are just standing around. The parking lot is laid out horribly - there isnt enough room to get in and out of the tightly-packed parking spaces. They need to angle the spaces and make the aisle one-way: enter from Main Street and exit into the alley.

Mediocare service, food was good but it was put in front of me 5 minutes ahead of when i got silverware to eat with, trying to be civil and use a fork for my boneless wings, but ended up using my hands after the waitress forgot our silverwear the 2nd time, didnt come back again to offer refills, just brought the checks, and forgot pens to let us sign for out reciepts...

Meh... Im still not really sure how Buffalo Wild Wings continues to draw business. The food sucks. 10 minutes after it comes out, it gets really cold and hardens up. Its just nasty. This particular location does alright for what it is, but Ive never left a BWW and felt like it was a good choice going there.

Great looking place and nice "patio". Unfortunately, the experience didnt match. My wife and I had lunch on a Thursday and the place was maybe 1/5th and my wings, the namesake of the restaurant, took over 30 minutes to prepare. Everything tasted good, but I dont understand what the hold-up was.

Probably the worst bww Ive been to food wise while service was subpar as well. Ordered 2 sauces on my wings which I had to send back because the sauces were all mixed up (instead of separated like other bwws). Someone else in group got the thirty-fifth weck and it was absolutely horrible.

BWW forgot part of my online order. Had to drive there twice (40 minute round trip). Called in advance to notify of the mistake and still waited 10 minutes the 2nd time to receive forgotten item. Disappointed in my service this time. Was hoping for a little more love than that

Have had bad service for takeout orders at least 50% of the time! Missing wings, wrong sauces, and long wait times. I was told my takeout would be ready in 20 minutes, currently going on 35 and Im starving, would boycott but dont wanna drive across town to the other bdubs

Worst customer service I have experienced at a restaurant. Ordered food twice for carry out and both times the food came out 30 minutes later than what I was told. As I sat there and waited and waited the workers seemed to care more about watching the games on the tvs.

My server was excellent. But my order was all messed up. When i called to discuss my order i was given the wrong name and treated terrible. They told me to come in the next day to reorder but was only given a portion of my order. And parking is definitely a hassle.

Decent wings, but very slow service and inaccurate charging. Waited an hour for food, didnt get the half price discount, but also wasnt charged for my drink or salad. Probably worked out cost wise, but I would prefer things done right.

I just called and placed a order and the guy on the phone was very rude. He didnt tell me how long it was going to be and he just hung up on me right after he told me the price. I wouldnt recommend calling this location for takeout.

Great food. Managers always make sure to stop by to make sure your food and service was good which shows a lot. I will say, that if you order your food to go to double check it. They are 3 for 4 of not having everything in the order.

If you need a work day lunch option, this is okay. Ive had more order mess ups at this location than any other BWW. Some really good servers, but kitchen staff and managers are where the problems seem to come from.

Parking lot is so small and there is no over flow parking. Lot only fits about 20 cars. Park anywhere else and you get towed. Which is exactly what happened to me after my waitress messed up our bill four times

I wish I could say this was the first time my takeout order was messed up, but its not. Constantly forgetting to put the order together correctly. Didnt receive what we paid for. Rarely do.

Ate out on the "patio". The temps were in the 90s outside but the patio had AC! Very comfortable! A server is assigned to the patio. Great service! Excellent food.

People around here call it b-dubs. Its has okay wings most people go there cause they have large tables for groups and all the sports channels you could ever want.
