Sunday 9-4-16 for lunch it took 45 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Staff was aware of the wait but acted like it was no big deal. It was two hamburgers, two hot dogs and a large fry. There was no line to order, but I did notice about half the (3/4 full) restaurant was just sitting there with no food. For two kids and two adults eating, all sharing one fry, and two of us drinking water it was about $33 for food maybe a small step above typical fast food. Hueys is right down the road and offers far better burgers for similar money, way better atmosphere, and maybe not always the fastest service, but Ive never waited 45 minutes there.

My wife and I like coming to this location. They staff are always friendly and patient (its so hard making up our minds as to how we want to customize our burgers!) and we enjoy the peanuts that we get to eat while we wait. Weve only been here one time where the fries didnt come out fresh and crispy but I think that was just a fluke. One of the remarkable things is that, at my most recent visit, while waiting at the pickup counter, I had 4 employees ask me if I needed anything. What a difference when compared to apathetic, indifferent employees of other burger chains. Great service and unbelievable food!

Ate a new Collierville location on May 28th, 2:25 pm. Not busy at all. When we ordered they said it would be a few minutes because they had to clean the grill. 25 minutes later we realized they had skipped our number and had processed other orders. When we asked the fry guy who had been in charge of handing out the orders, he looked around and found our order sitting on top of the deep fryer vent hood getting cold. They remade our order and offered more fries, which were under cooked. Burgers were fine when we got them. They have some work to do to be like most Five Guys.

Took a long time for 1 burger, wasnt that busy. Burger was over cooked and dry. Watching the guy cook I know why it was over cooked and dry. The guy put the meat on the grill, let it cook, flipped it over and put a flat iron on top and leaned into it, squishing the meat and squeezing out all the grease. Havent been back since. Not worth $8 for a dry chunk of charcoal. McDonalds across the street has better burgers, yes you read that right. If you got time, get a burger from mcdonalds and get five guy fries, the fries are the only thing worth getting.

I was in around 11:45 am. There were 4 orders ahead of mine so I received my order quickly. I took it to go. When I got home I realized my onions were not grilled as requested and I didnt have a hamburger on my sandwich. I would have taken it back but I live 35 minutes from the store. I was disappointed. Ive always had good experiences at 5 Guys, but not this time. The reason they are getting 2 stars is because the staff was friendly. Otherwise todays experience was a 1 star.

No one on the line, waited at the register for almost five minutes before someone came to help, two managers in the back, one came up front then left the one girl to finish taking care of myself and other customers that came in, she didnt even acknowledge us. Very unprofessional and rude, Kimberly C was nice but the overall experience was TERRIBLE!

The burgers are good for fast food and I love the Cajun fries. Beware a large order will feed a family. My only complaint I love grilled cheese sandwich but they serve it on a bun. It would be better if it was on texas toast or regular toasted bread. I would also like if they offer vegan or turkey burgers.

I am being generous with giving this place three stars. The person taking my order was extremely rude and I am sure he would have rather been doing something else. The price of a burger is high for a fast food restaurant. If you want a good burger go right down the street to Hueys.

Great food consistently. Their burgers are very good, fries are crazy good. The food is very consistent in how it tastes. The service is always good. If they are busy you will wait, but not too long. They have free peanuts while you wait which is a nice touch.

After my.order was taken, the cook went and took a break, by cooking his own food in front of me at the counter, then bringing outside the the restaraunt floor, and ate it at a table.

I think its the only location that does milkshakes, they are great! I get the oreo cream and oreo cookie shake when I go there. Burgers are fresh and juicy
