Food is average Buffalo Wild Wings fare which is not the best food youve ever had but good bar food. The location has plenty of sports games on there many mounted TVs which is the norm for this chain. All in all, I have liked my experiences at Buffalo Wild wings so this review does not reflect the chain as a whole. The staff at this chain is pretty awful (at least the waitress that I got in the beginning). From the time, we sat until we got water was 10 minutes (which is was fine). However, when we were seated the waitress made a point to tell us that because they had a big group in the restaurant she would serve us even though we were not technically her section (this came off very catty and not really our fault as we were seated at this table by the hostess). We didnt see her again for another hour (She spent the rest of that hour either talking with co-workers or running to one of the POS terminals located around the bar staying far away from our table). In the end, I flagged down another server so we could order (there were approximately 11 waitstaff on at this particular time Saturday 1PM and the place wasnt crazy crowded I could have understood if there was a big sports game on but there wasnt). The new waiter gave us 2 sodas for free which was a nice gesture as at this time most of the people we had been seated at the same time as had their food and were finishing. He tried to pick up from where his co-worker had failed so I made sure to tip him well. This could have just been this one waiter and bad luck but thats how our experience went. The total lunch took approximately 1:45 minutes and we ate in approximately 20 minutes. Also, the waitress did eventually come back to our table but only after 8 more minutes had passed and we had already ordered with the new server.

The worst experience Ive ever had at BWW. My fiance and I sat at the bar to watch a football game. We ordered 2 waters, a coffee, 20 wings, and pretzels. From the get go the bartender was very rude like we were an inconvenience. We shared a pretzel and 3 wings a piece. We were tired of being treated rudely so we ordered to go boxes and told bartender we were going out for a smoke. We came back in to find our food gone and our chairs taken. Before we smoked we paid our bill and tipped 5 dollars despite her rude behavior. I asked her, where is our food and why are our chairs taken? She replied, I thought you left. I responded we told you we were coming back in. I spoke with a manager and he assured me that he would take care of it. Half hour later she brought us someone elses order. I showed her this too was wrong. Another half hour later the order was right but Luke warm. Managers excuse was he had to break up a fight in the parking lot. How ghetto and unprofessional is that? What a joke. Will be calling customer service in the morning.

Poor customer service: I was turned away from placing a to-go order. I waited in the back of the dine-in line (as instructed), then, another couple walked to the to-go order section and placed an order with the same person that turned me away. I followed them so that the to-go server could see me from just minutes ago. I was hoping that the server would take my order first before the other couple since I did state my intentions earlier and she knew I wanted to place a to-go order. When it came to my time, I realized that the other couple was able to order to-go and not me, just mere minutes before. I was waiting before the new couple walked in. I just left. Treat customers better by not turning them away like that. Give us better instructions on how we are to get our food. Serve us in the order that you receive us. I did not place an order. I will not return. On Sunday lunch, the food and service is usually better.

Very very bad experience. Bartender should be fired. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out my Fiancée and I were treated poorly. We ordered 2 waters, a coffee, 20 wings, and pretzels. Between the 2 of us we ate 5 wings and 1 pretzel then asked for to go boxes to keep our food in, while we stepped outside to have a smoke, paid our bill and tipped her. When we came back in, our food was gone and other people had taken our seats.when they brought out another order of wings and pretzels, they gave us the wrong order, so we sent them back. We sat at the table watching the football game for almost an hour before we finally got our food. The way they were in the to go box, I believe they took them back out of the garbage washed them off and reheated them. So if I were you, stay away (far away) from this place. If I get sick from this, I will let you all know and let the Lawyers handle it.

I dont come to this chain often due to the prices. This time I have a new reason for not coming back. I have an hour lunch for work. I arrived at 12:10 and my order wasnt taken until about 12:35. The two groups that came in after us and got their appetizers and entrées and finished eating by the time our food arrived at 1:05 and we had to get it to go and eat it cold at work. The waiter was nice but not very efficient in the way he took orders and checked up on the customers. The food was good but they were not even packed and there is little excuse for our order to take nearly an hour to accomplish, especially on a Thursday. Might be a while before I go back.

Ordered on-line - smooth experience. Got 2 lunch burgers and wings. Wings were good size and good flavor. The lunch burgers were not that great - tasted more like soy burgers. Will not do burgers again stick with just wings next time. Service at pick-up window was pretty fast considering the customer in front of me had like 10 different orders, so 10 different checks. And the place was hopping as the Tiger Football Bowl game was on.

i have a mixed feeling for them. sometimes they are good but sometimes they are not. it also depends on the server serving you. some of them seemed like a bit racist as they will grant you seating based on skin color probably. if you are white enough the server may come back and check if you need some more water or something else. surprisingly the quality of the food also fluctuates

Dont go to this BWW its worth driving the 25 min to go to the one off of 64! Sent back my food twice, terrible service! I waited 45 min for my basket of fries that were cols. Not to mention how rude the host and server was. Dont come to THIS LOCATION! McDonalds is across the street youll get better service there!
