HORRIBLE!!!!! Register takes my order for 6 instead of the twelve sandwiches we ordered. Then swipes my card a second time to pay for the 6 shorted sliders. Then hands us our bag, tells us to have a good day. This is after a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru. Fifteen miles down the road we discover, guess what? ONLY 6 sandwiches!! I call. Get the assistant manager. She blames it on the cashier, that i wasnt given a second bag. Told me that she was leaving a message for the GM to call me when she came in at 2 pm. Well, its niw 4:04 pm. No call back and they wont answer my phone calls. Not to mention, the fries were so hard we couldnt eat half of them, and the 6 sliders we did get were soggy. But thanks for giving us one slider with 2 patties! Lol. #Neveragain #horribleservice #disrespectful

There is this dark, heavy black female manager who may be the blame for poor service. Shes a cruel, sly person who may have helped to get rid of that nice boy posted about earlier. She got a nice girl fired earlier for $17 and some change I think, too. Told you, she get the staff into making fun of stuff...frequently. She constantly jokes about me and kids on bikes through whispers. This is why service is back to being bad. Employees know she dirty and the white bosses ignore it. Maybe me and the bike boys should think about bringing more light to her....management style.

I dont even want to put one star on here. We went thur the drive thru and was told 7 minute wait on fresh hamburgers so i said ok. Waited 20 mins. Paid for food and got our drinks. 5 mins after getting drinks he says 2 mins. I left because i was late for work. So 22 dollars for two sodas and being late for work. Also the guy smiles and laughs at us as we drive off. I call and the lady starts arguing back at me.

Team member 379 Was a rude cashier she gave attitude and was not friendly at all. She obviously didnt want to be there and didnt care who she took her anger out of. Very disrespectful, this was my first time at White Castle and Im not impressed I probably wont be going to another one ever again due to this experience

Great food horrible customer service. The cashier was talking another employee while i was ordering and i had to repeat my order 5 times before they got it right. Upon paying the cashier at the window was very rude and had an attitude. Horrible service. Doesnt even deserve a full star. I rate it half star.

Fast and friendly service, lost a star because they ran out of almost everything and this was last Friday. Though I have to admit the gentleman working the drive thru was very professional and managed to get me to try eating out of my comfort zone and I liked it.

the customer service was just rude. The hamburgers looked like a burnt dried out cookie. when you ask a customer if they want condiments, you dont say " you want ketchup or anything"? im a new yorker and grew up on whit castle and this was a huge disappointment.

I ordered chicken sliders and fries. There was plastic in my chicken slider and hair in my fries. Normally, I wouldnt leave negative reviews, but that is just disgusting. Im very very dissatisfied with what happened.
