Normally, this PH is a great place to get pizza. The manager is very responsive but she was not on duty this night. I always use the PH app to order but this night I ordered chicken pizza and went to pickup at prescribed time. They took my credit card and then said it will be another 8 minutes. I advised I ordered online and it should be ready. After much confusion, they came back and said they were out of chicken. Now, dont you think they should have called me back and see if something else would work. And, dont you think they should NOT take my money until they see if there is a pizza around? Yeah, me too! And, they didnt know how to credit my credit card. I will have to make a trip the next day and talk to the manager to get my money back. Not sure if I want to continue business here. Will have to try some other places.

It just depends on who is working. Normally you get excellent service and you can tell who cares about their job and who doesnt. Recently, this Pizza Hut has been on fire! Literally!! Whomever made my red pepper breadsticks this evening, you rock! Still cant feel the inside of my mouth. Our pizzas were awesome also, fresh dough and HOT! The Store manager can only control so much but the shift managers need to double check everything.

Dont do the buffet! They dont keep it filled. We were there last week at lunch and a couple weeks earlier at dinner. Last week I asked 3 times if they were bringing out more pizzas and was told they were working on it. When we were leaving, as lunch break was over, they were finally bringing 2 out. The other time they were brought out after quite a long wait. Staff were rudr about it as well.

It wasnt very busy (we were one of 3 tables) and we rarely saw our waitress. Honestly, Im not sure if there were even three employees total working.
