The waiters were nice, for those if u that said the waiters were horrible at their service I am telling u that today I went there asked one of the waiters why they are being rude to some costumers they told me that their boss DOES NOT PAY THEM the waiters any money. So if the costumers does not pay them any tip they get mad cuz the customers does not pay for their services and their boss doesnt pay them any money how will they get money and their working hard? it is not very fair for them that they dont get any tip so sometimes some of them ask for tip. I understand why they are being rude to some of u but u guys MUST understand why they are doing that, they are not doing that on purpose imagine if ur in their situation will u get mad at those customers and ask for tip what better solution will their be. overall the food was okay lots of selections and the bathroom was kind of gross but i also asked why for that because the owner will not spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix those toilets and stuff so STOP saying that its the workers fault.

I used to love this place. Went there with my family last night and my 5 year old needed to use the restroom. Walking into the bathroom I was slapped in the face with a horrendous odor. One of the toilets had a traffic cone on it and was overflowing with feces. The second toilet seat was dirty and the 3rd toilet also had feces. The entire bathroom floor was wet (not sure if if was water or urine) and wet toilet paper was all over the floor and seats of the toilets. I had to hold my daughter in the air over the toilet because it was one of those emergencies where she had to go immediately. When I went up to pay, I tried to tell the man at the register as discreet as I could that the bathroom was very dirty. He didnt acknowledge me or anything I said. Didnt even look me in the eye. Just told me my total. When I told him again that the bathroom really needed to be cleaned up he said "sure fine". Terrible ownership for the filth of the ladies restroom. I cant help but wonder what the kitchen looks like. We will never return.

whats wrong with this people? They dont know how to serve their customers. we have been to this place two times. we used to sit on the left hand side booth near the window. There was this lady assigned to that side who was very unprofessional and rude . first time,while we were eating appetizers she gave us our check. That totally took away our desires to eat and she forcefully asked for the tip. Second time when we were there we asked water for our daughter. She just drop it on the table and left and again she forcefully asked for the tip. How unprofessional... I havent seen this kind an unprofessional and rude people any ware before. They need to understand that we are paying for our foods. We are not there for free foods. and for this lady - learn some manners and treat people nicely.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The service is absolutely terrible for one. They hardly try to talk to you and they hardly deserve tips because all they do is take your plates. Everything is very dirty. If you go sit at a table and look up at the glass its ALWAYS dirty. Its so gross. The food is extremely greasy and they do not have labels so you know what you are eating. The sushi is flavorless and very dry. If you go here you will only be wasting your money.

Ive been to many Asian buffet Habachi grills. First the cons. Small restaurant with not very many choices, dim lighting makes you wonder about cleanliness, other reviews mentioned how bad the bathroom was it wasnt that bad but it wasnt great either. Pros food was actually hot, ice cream was fresh, The choices I had in food were good in taste and quality. This would not be my first choice to eat but if I have no other choices I would probably eat there one more time

I go to this place regularly but this time I went and I had a tall young man as a waiter. Who seemed to be doing well at giving me service because when I usually go I have slightly rude service. I left him a cash tip and I paid with a card. My card was keyed in not swiped it says so on my receipt and he gave his self a extra tip off my card. I distinctively remember crossing out the tip line and putting in a total.

Disgusting....do not eat here! All of the food tasted very salty and old and cold. The sushi was dry. There was no hibachi grill. The waiter was kind scary and he just stood there looking at me. I wasnt even done with my plate and he took it and gave me the bill...probably did me a favor as it tasted bad anyway. The inside of the place was dirty...and needs a total rennovation. Avoid this place at all costs

Gross, cold not fresh just warmed salty food. Service horrible and rude. I will NEVER eat here again. No labels in food area so you dont know what your picking to eat. The only good thing I had was my drink...shame....like I said never again....I give this sad place as many thumbs down as I can...would not give this one star but I had to just to post this...

When me and my husband went out to eat at this resturant. As they just sat us down at our table , we saw a roach by the napkins holders and we felt uncomfortable and grossed out . We didnt even stayed to eat anymore . We left right away. . I dont recommend this place. At all .

Honestly worst experience ever very raw food. Shrimps where like rocks fisicly bighting a rock, and th chiken the same They dont understand at all English not that I know much but really frustated to get someone to understand.. Not coming ever again.

Very dirty. Seems to be getting worse - today was our last visit. The guy that rang us up did not even say a single word to us, just stared a his phone, took our payment and walked away without even eye contact. We will not be going back.

The food was stale... They started cleaning the floors with bleach at 7 while we were still eating which was so disgusting. The sushi tasted so bad that I had a tough time swallowing it. Would neither go there or suggest it to anyone.

Chinese buffets in general tend to be pretty terrible but this one lowered our expectations even more. I would prefer to give zero stars but the upside is, if you are trying to break up with someone this would be a great place to go!
