Most humiliated I have ever felt at a restaurant. An older gentleman approached my children saying it was a law that they not get the food themselves. I told this old man to approach me as I am the parent and to not approach my children. He continues to tell me of this law that Children are to be served the meal by as parent. Basically i ate nothing and stood at the table taking each child up for food, bathroom, and drinks. I will never step a foot in this place again. I wasted 22.00! I tried to call the corporate office and of course no answer. I watched this same man watch the rest of the kids go get food and run around. Mad and pisses off I gave back to tokens and told them I will never return! If you have mixed kids I would not go eat on family night!

I rented a room for my daughters baby shower a month ago. I Showed up to the restaurant last night, they had given my room to another party. With decorations in my arms and they offered me the radiant seating. This was horrible for my daughter and a embarrassment to my guest! The reusable was packed with people and loud. The manager would not compensate me in anyway. I felt like our party didnt count. The manager said that the party that had the room took both sides. For their party was larger then they thought. Dont ever trust this restaurant for a private room for your event. No matter what your reservation is planned for. So sad

My Son and I ate at Pizza Ranch on a Sunday evening in June. It was pretty busy, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Fortunately, the activity resulted in fresh pizza constantly being brought out to the buffet. Unfortunately, the pizza quality was mediocre at best, although variety was pretty good. For at $10.50 pizza buffet - the value is decent, but not great. Variety was good, quality was okay. The salad bar is very sparse, and tasted like bulk canned stuff. For $22 buffet for two, we could have done much better going to a sit-down pizza place and enjoying a much better pizza.

My family and I were familiar with Pizza Ranch from when we lived in Iowa, but we hadnt seen one in Wisconsin until noticing their billboard on US-41 one day. The food and atmosphere are familiar and as good as I remembered. We eat there once a month or so, even though it is a 25 minute drive from our house. Be sure to order your favorite pizza when you arrive and theyll bring it to your table before putting it on the buffet for everyone. Their Cactus Bread (pizza crust with a cinnamon crumble topping), dessert pizzas, and home-fried potato chips are family favorites.

We love the Oshkosh and Appleton Pizza Ranch locations but we were very disappointed with the upkeep of the Fondulac restaurant. When we went there was 5 tables being used to eat by customers but there was about 12 tables with dirty dishes on them needing to be cleaned, the buffet area was very dirty and food was contaminating other food, the soda counter was was literally covered in soda and dryed drink residue I couldnt even put my glass down once it was filled...Like I said we love Pizza Ranch but we will never visit this store again.

Great place if you like gut loading on pizza. They offer other foods as well like fried chicken, potatoes, home made potato chips and a full salad bar. They also have soups and ice cream available. At times the lines can be long and the soda machines are placed in a weird location where there is a lot of foot traffic. If you can go during a somewhat quiet time this place is great. It can be a bit on the spendy side but its a pizza buffet so dont expect cheap. Great place for groups as it seems to have something for everyone.

Disgusted. Saturday night. The are open until 9pm. Arrived before 8pm and we were told they were going to be pulling the food in the next 15 to 30 minutes. Started cleaning by 820 and turning people away before 830. They cleared all of the tables and chairs around us and were vacuuming by 825. I came with my wife and kids for a nice peaceful meal. Not even close. Just pissed off. Wouldve been better off going to McDonalds. Never felt this way in Oshkosh.

The food was good. Although I do enjoy a friendly staff I would say they might be a tad to friendly. Before I could finish what was on my plate there staff was willing to take it off my hands. I had to pretend to be in deep conversation or on my phone to not be bothered with "hows everything tasting" a trillion times. If extreme service is what your looking for your search is over.

Food is always hot and tastes good you can special order food of toppings on pizz a for the buffet they have a game room could use a bit more food items on buffet chicken fingers everyday and more items on salad bar along with more desert options good customer service

The food is always good, and the people working there are genuinely nice. Yes, get the mac and cheese pizza, with bacon topping. Also, to reviewer who thought the ice cream cups were too small, you can use the soup cups; they are a little bit larger.

Good food, lots of pizza choices. Cactus bread dessert pizza is an excellent way to finish up your meal, I recommend eating it with the soft serve ice cream they have. Waiting staff was nice. Would recommend to groups of all sizes.

The combination of chicken and pizza is a winner in my book. Reminds me of the old Shakeys Restaurant. You can have a pizza made to your liking dor no additional cost. Plus Pizza Ranch offers a great salad bar.

Quiet atmosphere, minus the lack of parental vision. Good Pizza and choices, the chicken is good. And they have some good drink choices like different fantas and blue Powerade. Good eats.
