Im amending my previous review. We sent a letter of concern to corporate, and were subsequently given the opportunity to speak with the franchise owner. She listened to our concern seemed to understand. Things have been better lately in regard to availability of items. (Previous review) We really want this place to succeed, but the owners need to step up their game a bit. The chicken is good, the Buffalo Chicken pizza is awesome and the other pizza varieties should satisfy anyone. Not really excited about the salad bar, but thats really more a reflection of me than it is on the buffet. My biggest complaints are: 1. Popular items are often gone and not replenished in a timely fashion. 2. They begin breaking down the buffet before the advertised time. If the buffet is supposed to be available until 9pm, for instance, dont start breaking it down at 8:40. Again, we love the chicken and pizza, so we hope the owners can iron out the kinks.

Everything I had was very good. The blt pizza tasted like a real blt. All the pizzas I had today were all different and I ddnt have any bad pizza today. Chicken was amazing for a pizza place. Decor pretty outstanding and service was great. Only complaint of my expierence was the ice cream had no toppings for it. Otherwise I only sampled the ranch from the salad bar which was good in a soup bowl. My friend wayne also let me know the cottage cheese was also good.One last thing I was not to happy with the balloon animal lady not so friendly and seemed to make a limp sword. My first and only expierence at a pizza ranch was a damn great time.

It took several minutes for a cashier to greet us when we arrived. Tables were full of dishes, food, and garbage. Floor were cluttered with food & trash. Chairs were all over instead of being at the tables. Pizza tasted like it had been rewarmed and put back out. They were next to our hotel and were not busy so there was no excuse for the condition of the restaurant. The only thing that was decent to eat was the salad bar and the fried chicken. There was one African American young man that was very good and was trying his best to clean up by himself but there were several that did hardly anything. No pride in their work at all.

We love Pizza Ranch -- they consistently have extra-special-good fried chicken -- tasty, juicy, cooked just right. I dont know if this is a newer store for the chain, but this store is not up to par with the rest of the chain. They were slow to replenish the chicken -- leaving an empty steam table tray for 15 minutes or more at at a time. Pizzas were slow to replenish as well. We have visited more than a half dozen of their stores in the last 6 months and this was the only store we were disappointed in. Well give the chain many more visits but probably not this branch.

Decent fast food type pizzas with good other options at a thrifty price. Its nice that you can order the specialty pizzas for your table if its not on the buffet. None of the handful of pizzas I had were bad and none were terrible. Its average pizza but I tried the fried chicken and felt that was above average and again, not great. The dessert pizzas are very good and you can even order those for your table. You would be very naive to believe youre going to get the best pizza of your life. If you want a lot of food fast and cheap, then this is the place.

Wouldnt go back free! Went when first opened it was dirty in the dinning area, No food to choose from...No Chicken thats suppise to be so good, No Pizza out. When I asked about the pizza was told some would be out 12-20mins. Chicken was coming (and so was Santa Claus I told her). My Father was so upset with what he saw & heard he walked out so fast that I couldnt even request my $22+ back. Wrote to this restaurant leaving my contact info and no one even had the decency to contact me. Worst $22 I ever throw away. Wouldnt go back FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am SO VERY disappointed in this place! The first time we went about a week ago, they had a huge rush. They had a very difficult time keeping up with replenishing the buffet and service was... eh. But we thought we would give it a second chance, and went back tonight. What a HUGE let down. We got there a tad after 8pm and they said they werent taking anymore customers. Mind you.... they close at 10pm. So why no more customers?? They have lost our family and I will NOT be talking kindly of them to anyone else!

I will NOT be visiting this location again. The dining area smells like a 20 year old dumpster. You stick to the tables, the employees were not very outgoing and the overall atmosphere was less than desirable. The food was just OK. In todays restaurant industry, if your going to serve "just OK" food, you better bring customer service and atmosphere like theres no tomorrow! Sorry, but this place could be sooooooooooooooooo much better with the right leadership.

Usually I dont leave review for food, if its bad then whatever I just dont go back. But this was terrible first off when we get there there is like 3 slices of pizza out, took forever to get new ones out. Didnt taste very well either. Second I was charged double for the buffet when I called to get this sorted out they took my number and name and said they would get back to me and never did and couldnt get ahold of the general manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very average but cute establishment and the chicken was good! The pizza was good but not the kind of pizza one craves. It met our needs and the front of the house staff was very polite and helpful. Seems that the back of the house staff moved a little too slow to keep up with demands. I saw a lot of customer request pizzas moving out of the kitchen but the bar ran short a few times. Good experience, and I look forward to trying it again sometime.

Very good. I have eaten at a few of these places. The food is fresh and the staff polite and friendly. The chicken was very good. The Pizza is good for what it is. I am from Chicago and it is by no means that type of Pizza. But, if my choices were of the franchise Pizza places, like Pizza Hut, Little Cesars, Dominos, CiCis, Papa Johns or this. I would pick this every time. It was clean and well maintained.

Chicken was delicious. However, it took 45 minutes for special orders to arrive and again dirty tables everywhere and no one ever came to pick up our dirty plates. Speaking of plates , there were no plates had to ask and wait for those.manager was just standing around, never saw him bus a table or lift a finger to help his "short staff" catch up. Guess he is not concerned with customer service.

Not much to brag about. When the buffet table with the chicken on it was empty the entire time we were there. Very disappointed this time. However the wait staff was very good courteous eager to help with anything. Not their fault the food cant come out faster. Oh yeah. And it wasnt that busy here. Somethings wrong in the kitchen.
