On the Friday before Thanksgiving my truck broke down during freezing weather at one of the gas pumps. Denny, the attendant, went far above what I expected and let me come in and stay warm after getting approval from management. When my phone battery was dead, he let me call AAA from his booth as well. In a country where true customer service is lying in the grave, Denny and the Bjs management showed a living example of what excellent service should be. Thank you!

Be careful. Already second time in about 2-3 months, i bought bad meat. First time around May i bought some stake meat of i think 3 slices in a pack. 2 slices good 1 bad. I had 3 packs all 3 were the same. Today i bought some organic chicken tights. I think 3-4 packs in one. Came home, i never knew meat can stink that bad. So please be careful when buying meat at BJ.

Gas prices are by far the best in the area. If you get a credit card and use it for gas you get an additional 10 cents a gallon off. For an additional nickel off per gallon make an in store purchase or return b4 you get gas. Great prices and very friendly helpful staff here! I have no affiliation with BJs other then a yearly membership. Try it youll like it!

Depends on what your getting, they have good prices in some areas and are over priced in other. I guess its like any store, but you need to know what you want to get there and what to get somewhere else. The staff are very rude, but because of the lack of socializing with them I dont really put much thought into it.

Even after having a Sams in Woodstock, which I also attended, I prefer Bjs. Why? Price. Yes you will find better brands for clothing apparel at Sams but for everyday milk, eggs, paper goods, check the price, Bjs has my business.

Great selection and prices for most item categories. One thing I like is they have multiple brand choices for a lot of items. Use the coupons to make sure youre getting a great price.
