Ive got to be honest, when I saw "Ohio" in the restaurants name I didnt think it would be that great. When we pulled into the parking lot and I didnt smell any wood burning I was ready to find somewhere else but my fiancée talked me into giving it a chance. We both got the pulled pork plates and it tasted amazing. It had that classic smoke ring (guess we pulled in while they werent smoking any meat) and had a great char on the outside. While it wasnt the best bbq Ive had, it was really good and I would definitely come back.

Love, love, love this place. The first time I had the brisket sandwich and it just melts in your mouth. The second was the pulled pork. This is great as well but brisket is still #1. Today I had the mac and cheese and that sold it. I never ever eat mac and cheese because it always looks like someone took some cheese sauce and poured it over a few noodles. This one was full of cheese and well layered and has got to be some of the best mac and cheese in the city! Will be back with friends.

The whole experience was not good. First, we stood at the register with two people standing there and did not acknowledge us until they figured the problem out with the register. Next I did not receive the correct order. I ordered a sandwich but only had pulled pork. Well they brought me some dry bread to go along with my cold pulled pork and soggy fries. I got Texas toast instead of a bun, I was told the bun was for to go orders. Wont go back.

Quirky, friendly, and unexpected in a suburban shopping center setting, Ohio Hog serves up consistent, not-too-sweet barbecue meats and plump side items for reasonable prices. The half-pound brisket meal is the place to start, after which you should sample the ribs and pulled pork sandwiches. In an area where unique local joints are a rarity, these folks deserve your business.

The best BBQ that Ive had in a long time! I had a pulled pork sandwich, Brunswick stew, and cornbread. Everything was amazing! I wasnt able to try their homemade desserts because they were sold out, but Im sure that they will be great next time I stop by and have lunch. This place is worth the drive!

We do call in orders for the crew. Called today and the young female was very rude. She sounded very frustrated and I was on hold for a few minutes. Maybe she was having a bad day anyway the food is very good. Expect a few minutes wait for your food around lunch because they do get very busy.

We have been eating here for about 10 years, including the previous location. Fantastic BBQ and sides. We have also had a large event catered by them, and it was just as good. We dine at Ohio Hog about 2-3 times a month, and it is our favorite BBQ restaurant. I highly recommend it.

I had the rib dinner. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. I really like their sweet n spicy sauce. My two sides were Brunswick stew and baked beans. I also ordered their Mac n cheese which I feel is their best side. 2nd time I have eaten here and was consistently good...

Outstanding barbecue place but saw a customer complain about the lack of barbecue sauce and the owner effectively said she couldnt have more unless she paid for it. She just bought $75 worth of meat and they wouldnt give her a cup or two of sauce without it being purchased.

They serve a pretty damn compelling brisket sandwich. Fries are pretty good, and the pulled pork sandwich is very good as well. But if you can only eat one thing, eat that brisket sandwich; it is very good.

Ribs were great, collards with mac and cheese were even better! I will definitely be going back to try out the rest of the menu. Be prepared to wait a while for your food but its well worth it.
